Teddy seems to be in a very chatty mode lately so this episode is filled with lots of his honks! We hope everyone had a great New Year and if you ever wanted to live with an Oriental Shorthair this is a good video to watch since they love to hang out in every room I am in and love the spotlight. I haven't heard "teefies" since my daddie died in April 1985 when he was only 68. Your little ones are so sweet (with a side of sass) and I think they and my daddie would have had a whale of a good time together.
I was today years old when i realized why Bindi got her name.

@Sandra Nelson OH that is soooo true!! Haha!! It always amazes me how smart they are when it comes to "dryer" time.
I don't really approve of encouraging such animal behaviour due to the much higher risk of turning a machine on with a cat inside !
@@millomweb If you turn it off at the power source then that risk turns to zero. My friends cats love her dryer but she has a rule that when it's not in use it's turned off at the power source. She won't even open the door till she's triple checked there's no power going to it.

I've heard of the odd cat being killed in washing machines accidentally and it must be a terrible death so I never leave such machines in a state to be attractive to animals.

Oh, you do help! My dear husband is allergic to cats and not fond of them, so I have to get my fix elsewhere. (Our thirty-fifth wedding anniversary is coming up, so clearly choosing him over cats in daily life was the right decision...)

@CJ Live I’ve never heard of a cat cafe (will keep an eye out!), but one of my best friends at home has several friendly felines who enjoy visitors...
My husband and I now winter in Key West, and as a “local” (part time at least!) I’m admitted free to Hemingway House when wearing one of their kitty shirts. They have more than fifty cats on the grounds, all descended from the original residents (cats not hoomins of course), and most have six toes! A wonderful place to sit, read, schmooze with visitors, and enjoy the cats! When my sons were little, we were admitted free to admire the cats if I promised not to take them on the tour! (My husband sat in the car and read the papers.)

People in warm climate may not understand, but I can't blame the cats for wanting to sleep in the drier. I live in Montana where it gets pretty cold (not as bad as North Dakota though) and.... _there is _*_nothing_*_ better then socks straight from the drier when its cold_ Especially if you're about to go to bed. Setting cloths to dry right before bed, then putting on drier socks right before hopping into bed....just the best.
We're not tired Momma. We're hibernating. Don't know why Momma won't move to the equator and don't know why she won't get us our own dryer. Guess she wants us fo be satisfied with our fountain water bowl. Just how does she expect us to take over the world without the right supplies ? Thank you for sharing your sweet babies with us !
Such sweet, handsome boys. All poses are familiar sights in this house! My Sorcha looks like Dexter and loves to curl up in front of the heater. She was perched up high in the bread loaf pose earlier in the dark. Her quietude allowed her to sneakily camouflage and freaked out her papaw. Naughty kitty worried him making him think she ran away.

They are the Beatles of the cat world. Teddy is Paul bc he’s the best singer with his honks and is the star of the group. Stache is John bc he’s the other star and more of the leader of the band/cats. Dexter is George bc he’s usually quiet and everyone’s secret favorite. And that leaves Bindi as Ringo bc he never gets enough credit and recognition he deserves lol.
