Some moments of this game feel more like Devil May Cry than Sonic, and honestly, it's an oddly fun combo.
This is how you combine Adventure-era gameplay with the boost gameplay.

Even if the fact that the Chaos Emeralds were and Master Emerald are destroyed, the reason why they exist in Frontiers storywise, I think for the theory (not counting Sonic Colors DS) is that defeating Time Eater back in Sonic Generations caused a complete retcon in timeline causing many events in Sonic Omens to have never happened in the first place. Like the reality has been twisted : Chris never underwent rapid aging and never died, The Exiled has been sent back to his own home as the entire Metarex are living happily in peace, The existing world where humans and animals been here the entire time instead of both worlds that are reunited, The creation of Phantom Ruby, etc.
For a game that was hyped up to be better than official games, it sure is shorter than Sonic Forces.

1:20:18 Chris Thorndyke is a kind and caring boy who lives in Station Square on Earth. At the start of the series, Chris finds Sonic the Hedgehog at the bottom of his swimming pool and saves him from drowning. He then hosts him, Miles "Tails" Prower, Amy Rose, Cream the Rabbit and Cheese for most of the series. Chris, very much like Tails, looks up to Sonic like an older brother figure and is always willing to do whatever he can to help his new friends.

This would be way better without boost, boost is cheap and boring. And use the Sonic Adventure 1 Spin attack appearance and physics, P06 allows it

With full cutscenes and voice acting with most of it being synced to the characters voices, an abundance of stages with an original soundtrack. PLEASE NAME ANY SONIC- hell ANY fan game with this level of work and quality put into it.
