    आपने बडा अच्छा सिखाया हैं, मेरी उमर 76 हैं. मगर जवानीमे मै एक्सरसाईज करता था, पर ओ बॉडी-बिल्डर, और कॉम्पिटिशन के लिये थी. अब मै समझ गया आप बॉडी-बिल्डर नही होते हुए ये उमर ही नही पर सभी उमर के लिए आपने अच्छा खासा सिखाया हैं!---आपको एक बार नही बारबार धन्यवाद!

    I have already given my comments in Hindi. But I feel that, I have to give it in English, and so I am repiting. That I am 76 yrs old, I had done Exercise in my young age but that was with body- building, and Compitation purposes. But sir your demonstration and guidance are not benefishial for old age only but for All aged human body. For healthy and satisfied living your guidance is much more benefishial.---Thanks so many times and obliged!---🌹🌹🌹
