आपने बडा अच्छा सिखाया हैं, मेरी उमर 76 हैं. मगर जवानीमे मै एक्सरसाईज करता था, पर ओ बॉडी-बिल्डर, और कॉम्पिटिशन के लिये थी. अब मै समझ गया आप बॉडी-बिल्डर नही होते हुए ये उमर ही नही पर सभी उमर के लिए आपने अच्छा खासा सिखाया हैं!---आपको एक बार नही बारबार धन्यवाद!

That I am 76 yrs old, I had done Exercise in my young age but that was with body- building, and Compitation purposes. But sir your demonstration and guidance are not benefishial for old age only but for All aged human body.
