Garden Simulator launches on September 8th, 2022!! It's lodged somewhere between House Flipper and Farming Simulator, with a bit of Power Wash Simulator thrown in!! Hi Brad can't you put your bags of grass in the storage shed ?
No you are not able to- but 1 bag of grass clippings fills a compost bin up 100%- I have like 6 compost bins and do not sell the clippings anymore. You will need lots of Fertilizer going forward

You have to fill the compost bin to 100% with weeds, grass, etc. The next day it will turn to compost.

As far as I know it's not planned for right now. But if the game becomes popular and sells well, then maybe it will eventually come out for consoles.

Why don't you actually plant some rows and grow stuff and progress faster? Just meeting the minimum requirements of the tasks haha
