Dave was still playing his ES-335 which goes perfectly with Setzer's Gretsch.

I wonder why producer Dave Edmunds didn't credit this as a duet performance? His guitar and vocals added on make this track a winner.

Another song with the wonderful rockabilly rhythm. From probably the best album the Cats released, Choo Choo Hot Fish....

This is one of my favorite tracks on this album, which is one of their best, if you ask me. This is Stray Cats at their pinnacle, and I feel fortunate to have seen them at this point in their career. If you have a chance to see Lee Rocker or Brian Setzer in concert, I highly recommend it. They've still got it.

+Dave Hunter I saw them in Chicago at a place called Stages in 82. There were about 50 people there. Maybe the best show I've ever attended. The venue became Cabaret Metro, a Chicago Institution, where Smashing Pumpkins launched their careers.

It must have been amazing to see them at that stage of their career!

Tell you what. There were literally less than 50 people there and a bunch of em were dressed like 1950's kids and they were doing rock and roll dance moves. The energy was just incredible! When they played Gene and Eddie they blew the roof off! I tried to recapture that years later when I saw the Orchestra but HoB was packed and there was no room for dancing. It was disappointing to say the least.
