I find Cuomo debating O’Reilly very entertaining. Sometimes it comes out like a draw.
It gives him the power to do it, not that he must use it, but other things like more money to use for the border to hire more agents but not guaranteeing they will be deployed to control the border instead of processing more and faster immigration
