Have you ever checked out 6D helmets? I'm not sure if what they're doing is better for safety than Bell these days.

The R1 LE is a scam. No such place as Chicago, VA which is the city listed in the ad. Emailed the seller the day it was listed---- no response. Normal price on these bikes over $7K at the very least. Total scam. They're looking for somebody to wire money for a bike that doesn't exist.

Honda VTX 1300/1800 is one of the best bikes ever for around $3-4k, just cannot be beat. A close second and third would be Yamaha FJR, and the Vstrom1000, both have almost unlimited mileage if cared for, and are fast enough for fun.
The R1 is definitely a collectible one for me -

what is the best cheap low horsepower high torque bike out there? i want something that can get up to speed quickly but not have a high top speed preferably under 95 mph or even less

Also of course never dropped garage kept and only ridden on treadmill

Brotha Cruza, that second bike is only about a 40 minute ride from the area where I live. The 3rd bike is also located here in Virginia; in other words Virginia has it going on when it comes to high end motorcycles. California & Florida ain't the only "peeps" in town when it comes to high end motorcycles; besides Yamaha is ranked #1 in the world for the most reliability and they also have some beautiful bikes that you can customize even further...haha

The bike looks nice but the one thing that is mind boggling is how bad the MPG is. Personally, I find that 32 mpgs is completely unacceptable for a motorcycle. No matter what kind.

You can often times get it shipped for less than $500. I use UShip.com and put in what I want to pay for shipping. I bought a Tuono and XDiavel from other states and had them shipped for less than $500. I even helped the guy that bought my Tuono use UShip to ship it to his house in TX for $300!!! CyclCruza - the deal on that 2020 Honda CB300R ABS is from a Demo Dealer - I don't think it is a legit deal.
I GUARANTEE that R1 special edition was a mistake! There is no way anyone would sell that for less than $6k, they usually run around the $8-9k mark, so impossible, and why even list that when it's so rare?
No ones selling an r6 in that great of a condition for 2500$ NO ONE. A guy has his 2016 r6 for 11k upstate ny. People want 4500$ for their beat up 2003 bikes

I'm new to bikes but, '06 is a long time ago. They're supposed to under 3k. Seems like a regular deal rather than a good deal. My highly uneducated opinion.

Both bikes I bought were great deals. 2007 honda rebel 250 5700 miles for $1600 and sold it with 9000 miles for $1500. Current bike I ride was an even better deal 2007 Suzuki m50 6800 miles for $2750 and i use the $1500 from the rebel plus the first $1200 stimulus check so I pretty much only paid for the title transfer & tabs.

3G’s you’ll find thousands of bikes because you can shop in the 3,500 BO range. Problem is, most youngn’s first time buyers don’t have 3g’s. I’d try doing a video 1-2g’s.

You can get cheap shipping at UShip.com, it's a name your price shipping website I use when I buy bikes in other states, I've never paid more than $500 to ship a bike. Also, I would recommend you have the owner take the bike to a local dealership and you pay $50 to have it inspected, that will help keep you from getting a crap bike. Whenever you buy a bike out of state, NEVER wire transfer to an individual! Go see the bike, verify the title, get it inspected at a local dealership (usually $50-$90) and lastly do the cash transaction inside the bank with a banker (at their desk) and have them notarize the title with both of you there present. I only do a wire transfer with a reputable dealership out of state. I've had zero issues buying and selling bikes out of state. If that guy is a scammer, he is looking for morons.

Pay $10k for a YZ or $6.5K for a DRZ.
If you rode a 450 you would understand. lol Also, my bike is 265 lbs wet in supermoto trim, and DRZ is like 319 lbs wet. My YZ is a pure race bike, requires much more maintenance than a DRZ and much much more powerful than a DRZ.

Small lightweight bikes are fun in the city, it's more fun riding a slow bike fast than riding a fast bike slow.Also, small bikes make for cheap commuting, good on gas and cheap insurance for it. That left-over new 2020 cb300r is a nice bike, great for city riding and new riders or seasoned riders.
