I will never undertsand naruto fans sometimes. Kakashi did not beat Obito, Obito was waaaaay stronger and would have killed Kakashi if he wanted to, he removed his seal by letting kakashi stab him, it was literally implied multiple times that Obito wasn't sure of following his initial plan. Obito had the rinnegan and kamui, kakashi would not lay a finger on Obito, also Obito has kamui and didn't use it during their fight.

Obito's "Madara" persona actually helped with the so-called hype for the real Madara.
Tbh, Madara is great but slightly overrated. Most of his feats are straight out asspulls (Edo Tensei release, Susanoo without eyes, Kamui while jinchuriki).

Do not even bother to mention that Obito is only Madara pawn since Madara was already dead when Obito did all those events. He did everything on his own. Obito never trusted Madara anyway and never planned to resurrect him.
Obito has lots of chances to kill Naruto and Sasuke but the plot and talk-no-jutsu defeated him. He can even kill Kakashi but just that he wants him to remove Madara curse seal.
