I love this guy what a player and person so humble
He is very nice. If you look at that core of Leeds players you also have Dallas, Cooper, Ayling, Klich, Phillips. They are all extremely nice, decent, hard-working people. No wonder they have bonded so much with Marcelo.

Bielsa is a genius he works ruthlessly on every level: club, people and city. Total engagement. He did the same in Chile.
Bielsa is such a giving person. He uses his talents to give to others rather than his own financial gain. He doesn't buy anything expensive for himself, lives in a relatively normal house and stuff, and gives to his staff. God bless him.
Before Christmas, he asked the club to go and buy - with Bielsa’s money - a phone, a laptop, a widescreen television and a car. Bielsa then organised a raffle for the day-to-day staff at the training ground and gave it all away: a TV for one of the canteen workers, a Volkswagen Polo worth £11,000 for a kit man (who, by all accounts, flogged it and shared the proceeds with other colleagues).
What a great man and well done to the kit man if this ture top guy 👏👏

Bielsa is a wonderful man, and I'm incredibly blessed to have him at our club definite up their with our managerial greats like Don Revie, Wilkinson and O'Leary. Would love to see him have a statue with him sitting on his bucket, like the 'thinker'
For those wondering about Bielsa's chocolate: 99.9% sure its Havannets, a dulce de leche cone covered in chocolate, probably likes Havanna Alfajores too.

9:34 The sweets are called *"Conos de dulce de leche"* in Spanish, which literally translate as "Caramel cones" in English. These are very common in Argentina and are made of a small rounded cookie as base, lots of dense caramel on top in the shape of a cone, and a chocolate cover... clearly not recommended if you are watching your weight.

Y tambien explico que la esposa de Bielsa le trae unos chocolates que el mismo distribuye a los jugadores y los del podcast le pidieron que describiera que tipo de chocolate era. Dice que era un chocolate argentino.
