I’d say the width is similar to the Yeezy 700v2 and the 500 highs. The toe box is very similar to what you’ll get on the 700s, slanted but slightly more roomier. The QNTM differs from any other Yeezy in the mid foot area, it’s wide and slight more roomy due to the primeknit uppers flexibility. The overall fit reminds me of the 500 high though. Yep half size up should be fine. I def would not go true to size... they would likely fit but your toes would be jammed up against the front.
