In this video I am taking about what positive things to expect when you join a Big4 organisation. The opinions I have are solely based on my experience working and your experience can be different. This video is a complete opposite to my previous video and proves the fact that every coin has 2 sides. There are pros and cons for everything and it really depends on the individual to prioritise what matters to them the most.

I have an offer from EY and the job profile is of assistant tech (cyber) consultant. The role would be of cybersecurity and customer relations management. Do you have any idea about the role and career growth as well as job security? Also I have converted a call from a top b school in the country but am not able to decide whether I should join EY or pursue mba from the b-school that I have converted. Any advice ?

EY is a pretty good firm and Cybersecurity is pretty interesting space to be in. This is a part of risk advisory where EY evaluates a clients current infrastructure and helps them find areas to improve and reduce their cyber exposure. This is ofcourse a very general explanation and there are many aspects to it so do your research.
I feel having a experience and then going for an MBA makes more sense.
This is just my opinion and by no means a career advice. Please do your own research.

I tried to give some of my reasons here. There are good and bad sides to everything so its really the matter of what are your priorities in your life at that point.
