In this bookclub vlog I talk about books I have read in the self development / personal growth genre and what I gained (or didn't gain) from them. I think you have to be in the right frame of mind to get something from this genre of books i.e. you have to be ready to receive the information / advice or else I just find myself eye-rolling through the pages which basically contain embellished common sense!
