Interesting and pretty impressive that the suspect was nailed partly with the help of an off-duty officer. Shows that their work doesn't necessary end just because they have knocked off from their job.
Kudos to the off-duty officer for being alert and putting in the effort to trail the suspect and reporting it to his headquarters even while off the job.
