How about Cameron park? I saw my dream home there, but didn't look like much around there and might be fire zone 😭
to just make sure call Farmer or All Estate...ask for a broker and then run the address. Some thing to look for is distance from a fire station and the roads leading to that home.

I’m planning to move out of Elk Grove within the next two years. We’re thinking custom home (love Toll Bros style) but no too-close neighbors and natural scenery for a yard. What areas do you recommend we check out? Can you show us more properties/land for sale in California?
Vineyard Estates is pretty nice :) Then off of Sheldon and Gerber roads is a great area for building custom homes.
How much are these lots ?Do you know if these are in the fire zone ? I am just afraid of the high home insurance ?
they are going to range from 600-700 or that is the word so far. You should be ok in Serrano for fire insurance. Call Farmers to verify :)
