Worst boss in the game so far, so many attacks you can't dodge. On attempt 40 now and can't even get it to 50% on phase 2 to start bombarding with throws
This boss is hard insane difficult but it looks evident that was made on that purpouse meanwhile it recollects data from your machine or console constantly. It's not bad but not outstanding on the otherside. I liked more Sekiro. That game was a masterpiece in many levels. Japanese have an habit to make art as an habit ,well if not everybody (Nintendork nowadays somebody?) Chinese have proficiency in their minds only. I hate the stupid masonry propaganda on background at least murican games have to be discrete on that disguising symbols and so. And I hate more the lockdown justifying, Lies lies and more lies pro pharma. Pinochio at the end.
A little tip. If you need ergo to buy throwables. Go through the left door. Kill the big mama und the normal enemies. The door left before you climb Up where you can buy the throwables. It wil give you about 900 ergo each run i think.
I’m not sure what the deal is but my throwables are essentially confetti to him. Barely moves the damage. I threw 5 thermites, 2 cluster grenades, and 2 throwing cells at his second phase. His health dropped by maybes 15-20%. Absolutely brutal.
FINALLY a guide that uses all the RPG mechanics on offer to beat the boss. I already beat him, but I'm always curious how others approach Soulslikes. I bet this kind of advice is gonna help people way more than, yunno, "just memorize all the boss attacks".
I spent 7 days fighting this forsaken thing. I think I got lucky on my last run and he didn’t do the grab attack in second phase. Legit so many over head variations attacks
I was wasting all my throwables early. Which is funny because I got this foo less than half health in the 2nd phase when not using throwables so I need to stock up & try again.

Throwables are basically this game's equivalent of Sorcery.

Good hint on surviving the second phase if the spectre summon is below 75% they'll be dead before you have him at 10% hp
