Last night was a disgraceful display of anti-football, with this manager sat arms folded motionless, whilst any manager with winning intent would have been super-animated on the sidelines ..... he's gone at the end of this season if not before.
I was prepared to give Poch more time, but, for a geezer described by 'experts' as a great coach of young players, he's not improving any of our players one bit! This is no better than when Potter was here for gawd sake 😡

Pochettino sacrifices other players positions to accommodate for his favorites eg. Gallagher, Sterling and Colwill. That's probably why the other players around them suffer and end up showing less effort cause they can see that there is favoritism and they are getting played in unnatural and uncomfortable positions, but that's probably one of many reasons.
Suggest a good available manager we can go for at this time please.

I know Poch is getting sacked sooner or later, I don't see him turning things around because he is wired all wrong, manufacture error, and clearly has a weak personality. But the whole club's structure is a mess, we are going deeper and deeper in mediocrity, we have Gallagher and Colwill captaining our team, we are looking comfortable being 10th (again) in the league, and our recruitment is shambolic. If this club don't sort itself out NOW we are going to be the next United making it rather impossible fixing things in the future. That being said, still no excuses to being absolutely shit on the pitch, and that starts with our clueless Poch.

as an Albanian(living in Albania, dont get carried away) the only problem is the coach, everyone is playing out of their role, Gallager plays in the center of the midfield buthe has put enzo there, Disasi is playing everywhere, he don't even know where is his place anymore, sterling plays on the right he puts him on the left, malo gusto in one game on the right and the other in the left, he is probably lost now, Broja is a winger, he cant play with his back on the goalie cause he is to slow to turn around, he should play on the right or left, only thing Palmer hasn't tried yet is to be a defender, and people put him on the starting team like he is cristiano ronaldo, he is the same as the second goalkeeper of Bayern Ulrich except he has won more than Palmer. So is a mix of stupidity, non experienced, ancient tactics(if we can call it that). Chelsea has really good players, problem is that every week is a whole different team with diiferent players in different roles, don't get surprised if u'll see Disasi on midfield the next game.
Carrick just copied Solskjaer's tactics when he would continuously beat Chelsea when he was at United.

Nobody understands that neither Enzo NOR Gallagher can play in the 10!!! They cannot score to save their lives. When a team is struggling for goals your front four must be killers. Enzo and Gallagher can play deeper. Poch has seen this over and over and over but is a stubborn manager! Same as him keeping using 4 fullbacks.
Palmer is very good , however he was at the wrong position. Missing these was a mind fuck, not him not being able to. He was reset-ed when it was too late.
Cross analyze the chances missed and it was only the tap in that was a "Strikers" position, the others were in positions he finds himself most times. If Jackson who is clearly not a striker but made to play in that role miss those chances, you all would ask for his head

Tuchel played Hall in LB at least every time I saw him under Tuchel, Maatsen played LB under Kompany, he was named in the Championship team of the Season, bruh, play these guys in their positions until they prove you they can’t, when it comes to defense Poch relies on strength and height NOT abilities, that’s why Chilwell was playing LW, that’s why Silva and Disasi play every game.

As lacklustre as Poch has been, the issues are far deeper. The recruitment and management teams are pathetic, buying youth when Chelsea are recognized as having one of the best youth academies around. And the players just have no heart, no leaders or fighters on the field. Poch is lost it seems and after six months the team there is still no pattern to their play apart from back and side passes.
Colwill is the WORST LEFTBACK in the PL right now.
