Honest question, if someone (my Ma!) in their 80s walks the dog an hour plus a day is their balance/mobility tended to enough? Or should I force (badger) her into some strength based exercises, squats, stairs and such. Thanks for sharing useful info with the world ✌️
Pudding, hi and thanks for the question. Only balance challenging activities will improve balance. Strengthening usually doesn't help, despite that being most people's first thought to helping improve balance. You might try the level one exercises I posted.
I have BPPV. I am able to do this exercise by flexing my knees more than the man in the photo It's really helpful when doing heel and toe backwards.
