I like the bag idea, just in case you have to abandon your vehicle

Another great viddy!
Good items, well stocked bag, thanks for sharing, stay safe
A vehicle kit is very important, I like to keep a shovel as well.
Very true!
Everybody around here has boxes on trucks too. Had one box completely cut off my truck parked in the front row at a casino in Mississippi. Most of them boxes really are easy to pop with a good prybar. My problem is I try to jam camp kit, estwing camp axe, hand chainsaw, folding saw, emergency breakdown kit, compressor, complete stove kit, clothes, and the tools I need and use a lot due to being an electrician. Another problem is we live so far out it isn't a rare occurence to need a chainsaw for downed trees across the road. My saving grace is the dewalt sawzall paired with a pruning blade. My bottle of water(I use an empty antifreeze jug)I keep under the box with my 2 camp chairs. Chairs are needed for the impromptu stops to fish for a bit on the way home. I recently bought a fiskars 18" billhook I may buy another to keep in the truck and one for the 4 wheeler. I do keep a mini walmart tarp behind the seat, it isn't much but it's something in an emergency. One other thing i keep in my box is a bottle of heet for an alcohol stove
For those of you with SUV’s like me, I keep my gear in a big Rubbermaid tote. I put weatherguard floor mat for the back cargo area. To prevent the tote from sliding around I put sticky Velcro tape on the floor mat and tote.
I recommend adding a shovel and during dry season a fire extinguisher. :) Cool truck box! I keep water in a metal insulated gallon container I got from Walmart. It's a bit spendy to get those but then the water isn't getting heated up in plastic. I know you said the one in your box was for your radiator but having drinking safe water is always good! I love my nalgenes so much but I always keep them out of the heat and sun so the plastic doesn't do anything weird. But in a survival scenario obviously it doesn't matter as much. Anyway just my two cents. Oh another random thing, a reflective vest. I'll stop babbling thanks for sharing your kits as always!
What bag was that????...like the high vis lining.
Hidden Woodsmen
I like the box but in this day and age it is an invitation, I would remove the most expensive items in a sketchy area.
Dude your ready.
Saw is great. Pioneering kit is dead weight most of the time but invaluable when you need it. Ax, shovel, pick. Bolt cutters were a great idea.
Can't wait for part 2! Been thinking about this since I got a new truck. Keep up the good work!
Nice setup so far ! I have the same truck, I need to look into that tool box. I currently have a tonneau cover that works well, but I have thought about adding a tool box.
Good video but miss the old intro music - I always associated it with your channel!
Thank you for saying that. I know changing the music has thrown some people off. I will take it under advisement
Thats a great loadout. In regards to saws, have you looked into silky saws? They are amazing, i keep the big boy model in my truck.
I use them for camping. For
Sure
