Yeah, he did that without Mr. C knowing it. They rehearsed the song with Stell not hitting the high note at the end. But in the interview, Stell said that he never did that during the rehearsals because he's preserving his vocal strength and reserving the surprise in the actual performance, which he did amazingly. Really? Magkaiba ung sinabi na nandun sa personal kesa nanuod aa screen ah. The arrangement was arranged by mr .c and it was rendered by Stell that way. One of the singers of Saigon who commented his singing is so different from yours. Never heard them saying what you said even those other singers who were there gave their comments were so different from yours. Only two iconic singers of the Philippines have sang it on early years, Basil Valdez and Queen Regine. I also heard Morissette sang it in ASAP but there's a small mishit of the note at the end, and also Eric. Santos' rendition. Master Ryan Cayabyab is the composer of Sometime, Somewhere for Basil Valdez. Then years after, Regine V made her version that made it more popular. Kahit anong performance talaga is magaling ni stell pero yung ganitong performance talaga ang para sakin ay bagay ni stell yung pang expensive concert type yung may orchestra at naka amerikana or yung musical type. What a worldclass talent. I must say one of the best male vocalists of all time in the whole world

Judging the muted applause when he entered, it is safe to say that half of Mr. C's audience must not have known, or heard him sing before. But that thunderous applause in the end, typical in musicals, proved that Stell won them over with that stellar performance.

Meron din sa medyo sa early parts lalo at medyo mababa pa ung key. Pero ung bandang end parts, malinis na malinis. Just exactly what the song requires. Pwede ka mag-slide sa mga notes. Very soothing ng atake. Di nakakapagod or nakakastress pakinggan. Perfect!
