18” pizza all in one shot? No problemo! I could bang that out in 30 minutes easily, I used to do just that on my last job for lunch break. Then finish up with apple pie and coffee. However, to keep the weight off I was walking 15 miles a week.

How do you deal with the repercussions of a physique destroyer such as that?! I mean no amount of cardio is gonna burn that off it would take weeks to go through 4,500 calories by running. Do you fast or skip meals or lower your calorie intake the rest of the time ? Or du you just not give a flying flip and carry on as normal ? I’ll respect any answers ! You already have my infinite respect 🙏🏻

I like reheating my cold pizza by pan frying on the stove in a peanut oil it gets the crust nice and crispy

@@l3loodyfingers nope set on medium heat warm one or two slices at a time the tough part is flipping it over you might lose a little but just scrape the pan and add the crunchy bits back on top YMMV good luck.

That's the strangest looking pizza I've ever seen. They pile all the pepperoni in sections then cut the pizza so each slice has a mound of pepperoni? Yuck. A random scatter of topping is the only way to make a pizza.
I am glad, i am not holding the camera watching you enjoy all this food. Without getting bite is almost like torture. But being able to reach For it. Man that must be torture

How do you build a good stomach capacity without putting loads of weight on? You look great, awesome challenge well done!! X
She eats really healthily in between challenges and works out at the gym a lot. She also fasts a few days before each challenge and generally she will have a bigger stomach capacity and a better gag reflex than most, same as the other lady who does these types of challenges.
@@Jennifer-cz2if Exactly! Most people who do food challenges always eat healthy and in moderation and workout all the other times. That's why a person can eat tons and not get fat, you just don't eat like that all the time.
