beast slayer soldier is my favorite skin in this series but I’d say it’s one of if not the worst skin series in the game, the only good skins (in my opinion) are soldier, freezer, and ranger, and the others range from ok to garbage (scout and mortar 🤮) PLEASE HELP ME RATIO CORSO IT WOULD BE SO FUNNY 😹😹😹
Beast Slayer Soldier is definetely one of the better skins but I have to go sith legend accel

It is SO grindy, making the battlepasses progression the only thing the Halloween event did better than this event lol

this update feels better than the halloween event by a LONGSHOT
- progression and difficulty isn’t fucked up unlike lunar overture act 3
- not that much of a difference but battlepass is 200 points cheaper
- this event rewards significantly much more points than lunar overture’s gamemodes
Norse mythology is one of, if not my favorite mythologies/pantheons of all time. Im glad its seeing some love in TDS since the skin making community is SO against fantasy themed skins. ty devs.

Wish we had more norse myth games out there, especially survival ones like valheim, and I actually get why the community is so against them with the game having somewhat of a militaristic theme
That was kind of an old ascetic. I think having mythical and futuristic things is cool and we’re getting towers like jester which aren’t military based. Neither is Accelerator or cryomancer yknow
i mean neither is paintballer, dj booth, cowboy, swarmer, and archer yet nobody complains about them
Fun fact: all these skins are based on norse mythology, which is also somewhat the theme of a planet in tower galactica, "frystaskap", and also another planet, "Jötunheim" (which is the final planet in tower galactica). I assume the creature used in the ranger skin's design comes from norse mythology itself.
My favorites are the mini ,freezer and accel skins. Great showcase and vid👍
If they didn't just reuse the animation with the laugh from the pirate mortar then I would actually love that mortar skin, the only reason I pretty much never use the pirate mortar is because of that laugh and so I'm sad to see such a cool skin have that yet again.
A different animation for it would be good

Even if recent events have been sortof meh, I REALLY love what they've been doing with skins recently. SUPER high quality and all of them looks dope.
Finnaly a showcase on this ive been looking for one but none to be seen and i respect the detailed and quick showcase unlike some guy named wikiacolors that takes 10 minutes for a simple undetailed showcase like i aint reading all that

The skins from the battle pass are bassed on the north religion, the slayers hunters skins had skins of mythical creatures, like the goatbear

They couldve just added some fire particles around the laser ngl

yea, the masquarade dj absolutly blows aways the entire krampus's revenge battlepass
They’re cool in different ways, yea I like the lunar overture battlepass better overall but you gotta admit things like the legend accel are really cool
I think my fav is shockingly the war lord minigunner I love the neon on the helmet and a vicking makes so much sense for minigunner

lv 0 warlord mini looked a lot like kratos, i js wish they didnt add the viking accessories
i really like the minigunner skin since the gun reminds me of the huo-long heater from tf2

I really love these skins because it represent my culture, im scandinavian and the skins just look really good to the norse mythology
The gun for the mini is based off one of the miniguns that heavy has in tf2

8. Vanalla scout - its kinda basic better scout skins excist
7. Warload Minigunner - Contriversal but the entire thing looks so goofy which ruins the whole skin the max is super bad in my opinon
6. Dwarf Pyro - its actually not the bad and looks kinda good but a bit messy and I like some other pyro skins abit more not bad thou
5. Defender Mortar - Its not bad overall its just preference for me my favourite mortar skin
4. Legend Accel - One of my favourite accel skins in my top 3 but I think the accel itself is a bit basic
3. Beast Slayer Solider - okay a skull on its head this is my favourite soilder skin hands down
2. Beast Slayer Ranger - This is so epic the entire skin is amazing
1. Cryptic Freezer - Okay out of all the freezer skins this is the best one hands down its so cool at max and the cool sparkling animation looks so cool
