    they didnt install any drain tile to take the water away, it looks like clay ground, clay never drains, i have red clay, takes a year for 1" of clay to dry.. we line ditchs with clay, to stop wash outs and leaks, makes for building ponds great, no liner needed, being that wash rack is in the open, it will be a big rain water catch, once it is full of water, thats were it will stay, you can tell by him diging it clay, sure it is a fair size hole full of stone and will take many gallons to fill up, but a few good rain storms is all it will take, with out having drain tile at the bottom and at diferent levels leading out the side of a hill or into a pump out tank,,

    looks awesome, I would put a stall saver on top to finish it off then it would be perfect ( stallsavers.com) I am gna buy that product for my wash groom area as well and definitely will get the ecoraster
