    Kylen I’m in 100% agreement about Kerr. I been down on Kerr ever since he gave all that playing time to Ty Jerome and Anthony Lamb. That is inexcusable. He should have never been given another 2 years coaching. Kerr has is inprint all over the Warriors roster, which is too small

      He singlehandedly setback the development of Kuminga and Moody...for guys that are no longer in the league. Great move. He did it last year too until Kuminga AND Moody came out publicly. Kerr is great when you have all time veteran players. So is like 10% of the population.

    As a W fan Kerr problem is over thinking things the guy is obsessed with rotation tinker tinker until it breaks down. He got so many similar players so he can play his small ball his concept is if I remove one replace with the same.
    Kaylen is right I said it the year 2021-22 he was doing his yank rotation with Beli and Porter 3/4 of the season it wasnt until he stopped and decided to stop that they took off.
    He should never been given an extension is he great NO, good yes, any other team he would have been gone.
    This roster they dont even need Curry, my big worry he use and depend on Curry by season start he be burn up within the first 20 games.

      A coach at any level even grammar school is to develope and put players in a position to help and Kerr has failed in that area. Maybe that is how it is today with teams that has Gleague but any player who has a Contract not two way must stay with the team to scrimage and play to know and find out.

    I always find the point of you can't teach Bball IQ very odd. Draymond is very limited player, his IQ has come from him learning to maximise what he does best which is set screens, play defense and pass and occasionally shoot it. When Draymond has the ball at the top of the key, you know what he is trying to do, it's either swing pass, dribble hand-off, naked handoff, pocket pass if the screen is set and if there's no movement and they are gaping him he takes the shot. BP is yet to simplify his game to that extent because he has more of a "package" but you would notice him when there's no movement for a pass because he doesn't have the 1 on 1 ability or first step he ball pounds for 8 seconds but for the most part because he doesn't have that then it limits when you are trying to do on offense and simplifies what you can get really great at very quickly. Now comes in JK who we say has all the potential, he does have the turn around jumper, he has the quick first step, he has the finishing at the rim, he has that 1 on 1 package if needed, he has that elite strength and power to bully to the rim, he plays above the rim, he has infinite options unlike some of his team mates where what they are trying to do is largely dictated by what they can do. Which is why a lot of the times last season JK got the ball towards the end of the shot clock when they didn't get the shot they wanted because he can draw a foul or force his way to the rim. The reason JK excelled so much IMO is cause he simplified what he needs to do which is why he lived in the paint cause no one on the warriors did that

Melton should start....better defensively and offensively. Lacob said Podz will be future all star ....big reach. I think he said that for 2 possible reasons. 1. To convince Jazz hes better than be really is. 2. If u trade Kuminga then u can sell the fanbase that u kept the better player.....so they are over embellishing Podz.

Embiid went thru a process of getting US citizenship and he would not have done that if he didnt know he would be accepted on team and also have a big role. The league looks at Embiid as better than AD overall and Kerr caters to that hierarchy. Embiid shouldnt even be on thr team frfr . The starting lineup of team USA is too old to win between Curry, Lebron, and Embiid moves like he is 65. Durant who is also OLD may be there saving grace. He is the best offensive player Kerr will start. Kerr will start ..Jrue, Curry, Durant, Embiid, and Lebron.

    I differ with Kylen's views of Podz that a lot of players in the league can do what he does and he can JUST be a rotational player. I see a mini Draymond (without antics) in Podz (mentally and IQ wise). Dray is a defensive specialist and I think Podz will be a shooting specialist. Dropping a very hot take here, I believe Podz will be one of the top 10 3pt shooters of all time ... He averaged 43% from 3 in college ... His rookie season he averaged 38.5% which is great ... His shooting form is great, his stepback is even lethal ... He shot like 54% from 3 on stepbacks last season ... His ceiling is definitely an All-star and he'll develop faster than Kuminga I believe !!

    • @calmdownbruh8518
      @calmdownbruh8518 Před měsícem +6

      Of course he'll develop faster than JK. JK is an athletic freak of nature. He can truly just out jump, out muscle, out run, and blow by a lot of players and there's nothing wrong with that. Also it's never mentioned that he's a good FT shooter in his 3rd year and has a reliable midrange shot. The upside is simply higher than podz. Podz has an athletic and size gap that he has to make up for so I'm not surprised he's more developed skill wise. Also keep in mind that kerr has been a lot more lenient with podz. He's also not Draymond. Remember that Draymond is 6'6 with a 7ft wing span and a defensive IQ that podz doesn't have. He can be an elite glue guy but we have to stop acting like he's going to be an allstar rather than one of those highly productive role players.

    Kerr is not to blame at all. The truth is, the world has caught up and caught on. It's not about Kerrs rotations or lineups, it's about the world's ability to mimic now that the competition, talent and discipline is unquestionably better. Kerr can only do so much. How is it his fault the team fouls too much? How is it his fault they turn the ball over? Come on now.

    I’m not convinced Kerr has full control over who plays and how much they play. Everyone can see the awkward fit with Embid in that starting lineup. I’m sure Kerr sees it. Are there politics involved? I’m sure. Could they players show more hustle/a greater sense of urgency? I think so, and that’s not on Kerr.

      Embiied was most likely promised a starting role due to the fact that he went thru the process of getting US citizenship

    Come on, the rest of the nation is just seeing Steve Kerr as to his coaching decisions that the Warrior fans have been seeing for some years! Nothing new here! Not likely that Warriors will get rid of him, but also not likely that Warriors will change their losing ways. Wake up Warriors ownership, management, etc. You are going nowhere with Coach Kerr at the coaching position.

    The world is finally seeing how overrated Kerr is. Kerr has never coached a team that had less than three superstars/HOFers. A good/great coach is someone who does more with less (talent, resources). The Warriors have been atrocious in seasons when injuries kept the Warriors stars off the floor.

    I love listening to Babe, but in this episode, it sounds like she's broadcasting from inside a bathroom. That echoing noise on her end of the conversation is mildly annoying.
