This was no challenge for Krari, the trained crow. I suspect that she partially guessed the solution from you at the very beginning, when you put the food in the puzzle. Nice to see your other birds at the feeder in the background!
Yes, he knows many simillar puzzles so this is not a challange for him. We know crows have excellent memory. It is really dificult to find a good challange for him...
I totally agree, I have some experience with hooded crows as well. They have a very good memory, they are playful and curious animals. Sometimes it seems like they have a sense of humor...😉@@KrariTheCrow

Your puzzle videos are my favorite! You always find such interesting puzzles. This wasn't much of a challenge for Krari, though, LOL -- and he never exhibits any neophobia with anything you put out. I also enjoyed the "behind-the-scenes" peek at your setup. You're lucky in that you know when you will need to record; I have to use trail cams, since I never know when an animal will show up. If I weren't so lazy and I adhered to a schedule, I might eventually get footage like this. I hope you are happy and well, and keep up the great work!
Yes with a shedule and time it would be possible for you to film something like thie for sure! I do not have a real shedule anymore because I know Krari shows up several times a day, especially when I am outside. This puzzle is really too easy fo him! I am always searching for good puzzles but they more or less all work the same way.
Jays will take peanuts too. I felt like they were a nuisance at first, taking the peanuts that I had set out for the crows. But then this summer, I saw them feasting on wasps that had built nests under the eaves of the roof, so now they are welcome guests at my house, and they’re welcome to help themselves to the peanuts anytime! 😁

Er hat Dich doch gesehen, und weiß wie das Futter versteckt wurde. Mit anderen Worten er hat sich in Dich versetzt und vorgestellt wie Du (als Mensch) das Futter versteckt hast. Nächstes Mal versuch das Futter zu verstecken ohne ihm zu zeigen wie Du es gemacht hast.
I sent the video to a friend who is the head mechanic at a Land Rover/Jaguar dealer which is having personnel problems and suggested that his company could hire Crows to help with some of their diagnostics problems!
FRAGE!!!! die kleinen Laden, die gerade zum rausziehen sind: sind die fixiert ??? meint: können NICHT ganz herausgezogen (und dann Flügel bekommen......) werden? falls fixiert, dann wäre das was für "uns" auch..... (Volieren-Krähen sind meist nur am Spiel-Faktor interessiert und alles, was sich demontieren lässt, bekommt "Flügel") wie heißt das Ding??????
Hallo , die Schubladen sind fixiert. Dieses Spiel ist ein Hunde Activity Spiel, ich habe es bei Etsy gekauft. Du kannst aber auch bei Amazon ähnliche Spiele finden.

I bought this puzzle on Etsy. Usually I put cat treats inside. Krari loves them.
