Ayyyyyyyy!!! Leaving a like and then running! I have 2 options now.... A: never watch this show and pretend it was never made, as I'm currently doing. Been so difficult for the last few weeks as I can't get away from it.... or B: binge watch the entire shitter in one foul go, in 3? weeks time...😢 It's like deciding if I want to be stabbed a lot, or shot!! 😅😅

The Stranger is carrying this. And the lightsaber action was actually good too.

Good points on the video man! I will say that I think your critiques are very true. I only disagree with the acting because as someone who is easy to please and does not specialize in acting, I find it hard to critique. The episode was definitely a shocker and I'm seeing a better divide of people who hated the show admitting the Stranger episode was actually good. Liked the bit on nostalgia too. I took a class about the end of the world and part of the main point of that was how nostalgia influences a lot of toxic thinking. Stay dope my guy 🤘 -Jackson

It's definitely a very interesting topic in my opinion. Nostalgia plays a massive role in what people accept and such.

The loudest, most angry voices get the most clicks and, unfortunately, a lot of those voices seem to be trapped in the ecosystem of click farming. I wonder if the Disney Star Wars haters actually hate new Star Wars as much as they say they do or if they’re really just trying to pay bills.
Unfortunately, all that stomping and screaming distracts from genuine, objective conversation about the work. There is certainly enough good and bad product to debate. Also, I can’t give Disney a pass. They have done their part to turn long-time fans away and they seem to take pride in that. A course change needs to start at Lucasfilm with a little humility and open mindedness. You know, the same things they accuse fans of lacking?

Most of them are media trolls I'm here for Star Wars .I've noticed most of the haters are not that familiar with star wars at all I been a die hard fan since 77 as a kid I don't want stories we already know because others pretend like they are the know all of the lore so yeah I'm loving this breath of fresh air now Andor really sucked that's the worse of worse it was a soap opera 😅

So I said it last time and I will say it again. Like what you like, and I whole hardly agree there is a rift in the fan base. I don't know if everyone will agree where it started, but for me, it is when people were told what to like. I don't care what side you are on that is unacceptable to me. I think most would agree as well. You may also agree, and if so, you need to watch this video back because you are telling people exactly that. I say this from a place of respect because you and I are both Star Wars fans, no matter the fracture of the fan base. I will not sit here quietly, though, while you say that nostalgia is to blame. Again, I say this with respect because you may not get the other side of things.
Let me put it to you this way. You like Hot Toys and let's say Hot Toys sells to Disney. Let's also say you have the next 3 years of your figures pre ordered. You get the first one, and it is a Captain Rex with a Tusken head. Not what you were expecting, right? You voice your opinion, and instead of making it right, Disney says to you it is still Star Wars, so what is the big deal. Are you going to sit there and enjoy it? No, you are going to say I want to return it and you to make it right. Disney says sorry we can't do that, but your next figure will be better.
You give it another chance, and this time, you end up with Darth Vader, but he has boobs. You contact Disney and say um this isn't what I ordered, but this time, they tell you that not only are they not going to refund you, but you are now a bigot and a phob. You now want to cancel all your orders and they say because you are these things. It is not right, is it? Just because you wanted a better, more accurate product.
In closing again, like what you like but don't tell others what they should like. I really wish you would just go back to figure reviews because you don't do this in those. You voice your opinion on why you like something and don't call out those who like something different. I again say this with respect and hope you didn't realize you did it. I have a lot of respect for you and started watching based on that respect, and I those of us who are on the other side of this would appreciate the same respect.

In this video and your last one, you have been overly critical of the older audience. "Nostalgia needs to die"? Why? Because some don't like it or is it because they use it too much? I hate to say it, but that is what connects the universe. They usually add a 5 minute cameo at best but rarely is it a whole show. You also mentioned that the older fans are upset because it doesn't don't"feel" like Star Wars. Well, yeah, it doesn't, but that doesn't mean that that is not a valid point. You are dictating the path based on your opinion. How would you feel if I left a comment like man you younger kids don't get it at all you care too much about your pronouns, your identity and yadda yadda yadda. That crap shouldn't matter, and it doesn't matter if we got a good show. I truly don't care. That is all anyone is saying, but Disney doesn't get that, so instead, they go out and attack the fan base. All the rasisiam, sexisam, phobic talk, and division starts with Disney. It also ends with Disney. How many racist dis tracks can you find right now based on this show? The answer is 1, and that is from their lead actress, and she is 100% racist in it. This is what divides the fans, and it should. We are Star Wars fans and want good Star Wars, but hevean forbid we voice that because then we get it from all sides.
The worst part that no one is talking about is that this creates hate not only for Star Wars but for all. This started with Star Wars, but it is also way bigger than Star Wars. It is about what people can and can't like... keep the sheep in line.
I used to say to friends that as long as it was Star Wars, I wouldn't care if it was great or not as long as there were stories. Oh boy, was I wrong. Again, I say this from a place of respect, and I am not trying to sway your fandom, but I do ask you and others to respect mine.
In the end we are all Star Wars fans and should respect each other and the opinions of others. May the Force be with you.
