It's the harsh truth. A tough pill to swallow to those who have made employment their comfort zone. Gain experience and get out is what I hear him say.

Dr Kirubi has shared some excellent ideas! Some commentators are questioning what would happen if everyone became an employer, that’s another extreme on the continuum! Life is a balance, right now, joblessness is due to our lack of resourcefulness in the practical application of the skills we attain in school. It’s therefore easier to start a business and possibly create employment for many which will improve your finances and those working for you. Later, once we have corrected the unemployment issue, there now will be barriers to entry as business regulations and competition for employees will increase. In the west, immigration is now a core part of their economic plan because they have more job opportunities than there are natives to employ. Let that be Kenya in 2030 and beyond. The answers we seek are within.

most of the rich guys in Kenya cut deals with government and collapse public entities to be where they are. now they come back and blame other people for not being creative because they cannot steal. this is an irony.

I find what he's speaking have been told over and over so nothing new he has for Kenyan youths but kind of bragging and wasting time to young guys who think the effective motivation should be from tycoons

Brother Njunge.Go read about Chris Kirubi's biography. He was a homeless youth and started with almost nothing.Today he has built a business empire that is world class. He is only trying to motivate modern youths who have everything at their disposal to succed yet they can't;by showing them basic fundamentals on how to become creative and successful.

Have u applied it as much? The beauty with it being told by tycoons is that there isn't lipservice bse they have lived through it. That's what makes it fall short of mere motivational speaking by such motivators as inspire through good ideas they have never lived through! So u may not undermine his counsel!
