I recommend setting shadows to high, geometric detail to extreme, textures to ultra, night shadows on, shaders extreme and SSAO on, reflections high and then set everything else to medium. That way you can get insane performance with the extreme geometric detail, which has by far the biggest impact on graphics (extreme geometric detail will basically give you next gen geometry, much higher foliage density and less pop in compared to ultra).
With these settings it will look very similar to the 30 fps quality mode on the consoles but run at 60 fps and above.

Yeah, there always are a lot of graphics options which you can simply put to "high" or even "medium" instead of "ultra", and the game will look almost the same while having a lot better performance.
@@paquito4147 Indeed! Shader quality is also a key setting you want on Extreme. Only then POM is enabled which turns flat wall textures and streets into 3D with way more depth.
It's really all about finding out what settings have the biggest impact, turn them up and turn other settings with less impact on graphics down. I really like that about PC gaming!

@@emperor719 yes absolutely. If you can get them for good prices of course. If not, you should really wait for the next GPU generation coming very soon.
The extreme preset just looks way better than ultra in terms of vegetation grass etc( the density of grass is incredible ) I usually put everything on high except the shaders on ultra , environment texture quality at ultra and Geometry quality at extreme to have the density of grass and that looks almost like all on extreme .

Could you test the RTX 2060 in minecraft with shaders in your shaders series?
The 2060 ages really well, and it will continue to do so at decent settings. In Lies of P system requirements the 2060 is literally on par with a 6700, which in theory is much faster, but the faster Raytracing acceleration puts the 2060 way above its weight.
Question: is it worth buying the 2070 or 2060 12Gb/super in 2022 rather than the 3050 ? And does the i5 11gen perform well with these cards
Don't buy the 3050. Get a 3060ti if you can afford it

@@emperor719 2060 super is worth better than the 2060 12gb version, both 2060 & 2070 will do great with i5 11th gen.if you’re only gaming, i3 12th gen is really great too.

The problem is that you are out of VRAM with ultra and in 30 minutes of gameplay you will have artficats all over the map and in order to fix them you will need to restart the game. Same issue is with my 3080 on extreme

I just bought one of the EVGA variants of the 2060 about a month ago, my motherboard only supports pcie gen 3, so far so good, I usually try to upgrade a pc about every 3 years, and 6 years build a new rig with mid grade parts
A 2060 can in no way saturate a PCIe 3.0 x16 interface mate, a 2080ti barely does.
Those are my favorite channels and Kryzzp and Digimoon i watch all the videos

Bro i have the RTX 2060 6GB, pare it with a i3 12100F. Ive got the i3 for 90 Euro and a mainboard for 75 so pretty cheap both together. Now im not sure if this wasnt a mistake. In new titels a see very high CPU usage, as an example the new spider man game cpu is 65-80% while GPU isnt on 99 all of the time so i guess bottleneck, do u or anybody else with knowledge think i should consider upgrading soon or should this system be okay fpr 60 FPS all of the time on 1080P untill 2025 so for the next 3 years? i think 60 FPS on unreal enginge 5 2023/24 relese games will be tuff right? Sry for bad english guyss ;)
You have a cpu bottleneck, upgrade it and you’ll max out your gpu. Also, the 2060 prob won’t last till 2025 on higher settings
The fact that higher resolutions don't increase the VRAM usage that much. It's already high on 1080p. The thing is render distance in this game not so great on high settings.

It's not mine! A friend lent it to me and he moved to another city, I don't have access to the 6600 now!
Forza is actually less demanding while playing online. There's a lot less traffic cars to render and other players don't really drop fps. You actually get less fps in single player because it renders more traffic cars.
Nice video, but does anyone know if it is smooth even after like..hour or two of gaming? As it might fill the VRAM on ultra.
It will always be fine
1440p hardly ever uses more than 6gb of vram. It may allocate more than that but It doesn't mean It's necessarily using It

For the gpu: look up benchmarks for both cards on the game. I think that the rx 6600 should be faster, but you never know for sure in the context of a specific game, until you look up.
Other people might correct me because i'm not a huge tech guy, but imo good budget cpu options for your use could be: r5 3600/3600x, r5 5500, i5 10400. Or if budget can go higher: r7 3700x?

@@AymenYT the r3 3100 seems like a good little cpu indeed! I think that whatever gpu you choose between those 2, you can have a decent experience with gaming and streaming, but maybe cap your ingame fps to something reasonable, to keep cpu load under control (?)

@@AymenYT i think you're talking about pcie 4.0 vs pcie 3.0.
Last time I looked it up, performance wasnt significantly impacted when running a rx 6600 or 6600xt in a pcie 3.0 system.
Its the rx 6500xt that has noticeably lower perf when used in pcie 3.0, compared to 4.0.
Once again dont hesitate to watch comparative benchmarks on youtube for those cards in pcie 4.0 vs 3.0.

Bro it's amazing, for me atleast 15fps minimum for the playable range. The trick is to obviously not usually use above 60fps and also toggle unimaginably massive motion blur
