Growing up in a developing country in the early 2000's when consoles in general were still pretty rare, i had to travel to neighbouring village to rent the game from the only house that had home consoles. Surely every kids from the alleyways surely wanted a chance to play games. I had to wait hours to even touch the ps1. So There i was, left to play a weird console no one bothered to play, an NES. My very first intro to castlevania. I didnt know it was castlevania back then, so i used to call it whip-man which i weirdly thought castlevania was a robot-man (like a megaman) who battle skeleton instead of other robots.

I wish there was a themed bar where you could perform this at that's only open from 9pm-330am, mandatory Victorian attire and people were only allowed to speak when you break. One can dream of the moon light's whimsy.

When I was a kid there was a themed vampire goth bar right by my school, all the tables where coffins and the goth owner would stand out in the street holding an albino python to get attention
@finnmarr-heenan2397 there was a bar owner I knew that did the same thing lol, the bar was called maidstone, but nicknamed gravestone. He would bring the python out and let people pet it. Bar is closed down now though.

The music already sounds incredible on the game systems but wow- recreating it with the live instrument it should be played on.. soo amazing! It's like a dream come true from childhood! @@LaurenceManningPianiste You are most welcome! I loved this game when I was younger, and I'm playing it again, along with revisting playing piano. I'm fiding the prospect of playing music such as this on my casio keybarod to be one of the most inspiring things to get me going again. I had finisehd off at level/grade four, and while I dont have perfect pitch, I do have a fairly good musical ear, and it between that and some knowldege retained from my previous experience, I will be able dive right back in as I have already. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out on your videos for further inspiration :)

I spent so many hours hearing this music when I was a kid playing Castlevania. The music is seared into my brain just like many other Nintendo and Super Nintendo games. While the music is beautiful it does bring up some bad memories of constantly dying in the game and having to do the entire level all over again! Great piano performance, I wish I could do this!
