Good to see you again, Victor. The person who's ingesting castor oil just to cleanse their system might be better advised to try the 3 day apple diet to absorb and eliminate toxins. My eyes have been crusting over in our new city so I'll have to try it.

I use caster oil for my itcy eyes at night. Just a drop I rub around the eyes and across eyelashes of closed eyes. Feels so good the next day.
