At one time Amin told them either you release my supply or Kisumu is in ruins in the next 4 hours!!He ordered Ggulu based airforce to do an air demonstration in the Kenyan space.Kenya said oyo omusajja mulalu give him his supplies.
Moses Ali had gone to negotiate and the Kenyans refused without reasons.
