After a successful BMW E30 build Jake was looking for another project when this stock Italian import BMW 1502 came up for sale on ebay. Jake had a vision for the car from very beginning so he turned it in to 2002 Turbo restomod with M42 engine and few subtle modern touches.

Love the ‘02. I have the 318is (M42). It’s a blast to drive but from time to time I want an ‘02. Can’t decide between turbo or box flairs though.
Yes please tell me more about that speedo…I have the issue with my 72 ‘02 with an M42 motor…..no speedo😢
Great looking car and top notch mods, but you can't call it and use 2002 turbo badges (even as a replica) It doesn't have the M10B20, only got the "turbo flares" (very nice looking btw). But the car wasn't even an OEM 2002 as originally was an 1502 as shown by the photos.
