  • James Bond - No Time To Die in Matera Italy - Trip to filming locations
As a huge James Bond fan i wanted to take the opportunity on a recent trip to Italy to visit some of the filming locations for the new James Bond film No Time To Die in Matera.
I was able to visit a few of the filming locations for the soon to be released James Bond film No Time To Die in Italy. We went back to Matera one of my favourite cities in Italy and also took a visit to Gravina di Puglia where they filmed the bridge stunt in No Time To Die where they filmed the bridge stunt.
Have you visited any filming locations for No Time to Die? Let me know in the comments below.

Ciao Angelo! It’s very beautiful we visit Puglia every year as my wife’s family live there we got married in Ostuni so it’s very much a place we hold dear. It was my first visit to Gravina and we loved it - check out my most recent video where I show a little more of Puglia :)

Not happy !!! You mention Matera , Altamura for the bread 🥯 but what about GRAVINA IN PUGLIA (big town of 45,000 people) were the bridge is located? I grow up in in that town and you break my heart!!!

That bump when the car drives over Bond was just a prop?! I thought it was part of the bridge.

I know so did I until I visited the location, it’s amazing what they add for the movies, there is also quite a distance between the bridge itself and Matera but in the film they are connected - movie magic

“Doughnut Sq”? It was a different square where the Aston spins around firing the mini guns…

Where your talking about the donut Bond does, it's not that place, that's Piazza San Pietro Caveoso, where you are there...... where the chase scene starts just up the street, on Via Bozzi. The donut scene was filmed in Piazza San Giovanni Battista, there's a nice bar there...Nico's (for short).... had many Gin & tonics there taking it all in. The owner showed me the bullets that were used during the scene..... but alas, it was a stuntman doing the 360°....... the interior of the car with Bond was done at Pinewood. Spent 50 euro to get a taxi to Gravina in Puglia to see the Aquaduct Bridge...... drank in the Gallery bar 🍸 not too far a walk...... lovely place, though it gets into the mid 40s Celsius during the summer 😀 👌

Hi Noelio, thank you for your comment, yes you are correct after seeing the film it was clear I had got it wrong about the donut square - Gravina di Puglia was beautiful to see and
I look forward to my next visit :)
