They don’t seem to be biting you out of anger, but just because they like and need to chew! You can find shredding toys online, or even directions on how to make some simple ones at home! They could use a perch with some hanging on it! You found a good way to tame them! Thank you for sharing.

Please stop hating on the person, he / his parents probably don’t have enough for another cage, second the birds look new they’re like 4-7 months old that means that he probably just got them like I agree the cage is small but who knows if he can afford things for them or just got the budgies or has real life problems? And yes I agree if he can’t afford things for the budgies why did he get them in the first place?
You're right I was upset when I saw how small the cage is also he has that pot in there which is taking up half the space but it's true we don't know his life or what he's going through he should just take out that pot though it'll give them a bit more room.

What u must/should do.. Get a WAY bigger cage Use wooden purches Buy them toys.. Buy them a mirror because some budgies think they are sexy Let them out to fly and explore at least 2-5 hours per day Playing with them and make them feel confortable with ur hand.. Feed them alot and dederns foods..(also fruits and vegetables at least 2 times peer week) Ive done these simple steps and now my budgies are both 12 years old and they live a happy life

U dont need to begin with the bowl and hold it. Just let ur budgies fly and jump arround, they get hungry real fast, put some food on ur hand and they will come right to u - done. Some get used to ur hand real fast, some take longer, so repeat it a couple of times. Btw, this cage is way too small.... Build a tree for them, they will love it. Also put sticks in the cage. So they can move not only forth and back like caged tigers.

I have often bought birds, fed them for 2-3 days and released them. I feel a little sad but it's the right thing to do. I know I should release them immediately but I keep them for a little since I love to watch them. Sorry

If they are budgies please don’t release them it is actually worst for the bird to “free” it it doesn’t know how to live outside most birds at stores are not made to live in the wild they will die if you do that they have no idea where to find food and in the winter they could also die!!
If you release the budgies and it's India, then, sorry my friend, you actually put them to death. They die within a few minutes mostly attacked by crows and other bigger birds. Or they die because they cant5 find food or water.

I think this is in India and there and dew countries surrounding it have small cages for smaller amount of birds and the bigger cages are very weak and break easily

Your cage is too small and they really need more toys if you want them to live a full and happy life. The cage is also dirty this can cause them to become sick. I don't think your bird care is good , please do something about it , you can watch videos of Alen Axp it really helped me.
Its not easy to make a bird trust you. You have to give them time alot of your time. So guys please be paitent with your birds dont get frustrated if you fail even after weeks of training them. You can see a bird in my profile picture, this bird is my first ever bird, and I found it on my roof with blood all over its body and its beak missing. I gave him all my time and he gave me his trust, so guys these birds are very sensitive so you gotta be careful and please dont leave your training midway. Then your bird will be frustrated sad & angry and will hate you even more. Once you start make sure you do it every single day. In my ophinion the first step should be your hand on the cage not inside upto 3 days so yiur birds know your hand means no harm and then on the inside for 3 days then offer them food Best of luck guys❤

they shouldnt take baths in their water bowl, you can take them to your sink in your bathroom, plug it, and then fill it up a little bit and show it to your budgie. You can also buy a bird bath. I reccomend you just get a bird bath

shane i have a baby budgie atm too. its not very interested in most fruits but loves leaves and anything green spinach,romaine lettuce and baby broccoli. maybe try leaves at first and just put them in day after day because at first they are scared of the fruit and veg because they dont know what it is. but once they have seen it for awhile they will eventually try some. then once youve built up some trust and had it for awhile try different things. thats what im doing

Your cage is extremely small and they also need some toys. Please treat them properly. They are not made from plastic. Coming from an animal lover. But, leaving that , your steps were amazing and they worked perfectly for my lovebirds!

Kiwi Budd this person is literally neglecting their birds. that cage is so small, the budgies NEED a bigger cage so they can properly stretch their wings inside. there are also no toys, the food bowls are plastic (which can cause bacterial build up), and the cage is dirty. people should really not buy any animal if they are not willing to provide them with proper care.

It been 4 weeks since I got my budgies (2 budgies) .After 2nd week my green(tweetie) budgie start to attack my fingers occasionally ( tweetie will not attack my fingers when I have seeds in my hand but if I don't have seeds and tries to pet her ,after few seconds she starts to get aggressive).In this week (4th week) Tweetie started to get a little aggressive with Zippie( my other budgie) , but today when I was feeding them by putting seeds on my fingertips Tweetie was not allowing me to feed Zeepie and when Zeepie was trying to eat the seed, Tweetie (green one) started to attack him ( he also attack me when I was trying stop them by putting my finger between them to act as a bridge but she attacked me too and It was equally painful like the bite of a big ant) Zippie got scared and ran to other corner. Plz help me I don't want them fight 😭😭
Be patient dear. You are not alone with this situation. I have two of them male/female with exact same situation. show your anger to them by repeating few same words in intensity and then after few repetition they will understand your angry gesture when they fight.

shane i have a baby budgie atm too. its not very interested in most fruits but loves leaves and anything green spinach,romaine lettuce and baby broccoli. maybe try leaves at first and just put them in day after day because at first they are scared of the fruit and veg because they dont know what it is. but once they have seen it for awhile they will eventually try some. then once youve built up some trust and had it for awhile try different things. thats what im doing

Your cage is extremely small and they also need some toys. Please treat them properly. They are not made from plastic. Coming from an animal lover. But, leaving that , your steps were amazing and they worked perfectly for my lovebirds!

Kiwi Budd this person is literally neglecting their birds. that cage is so small, the budgies NEED a bigger cage so they can properly stretch their wings inside. there are also no toys, the food bowls are plastic (which can cause bacterial build up), and the cage is dirty. people should really not buy any animal if they are not willing to provide them with proper care.
Maybe this is a travel cage and he doesn't want them to fly around so how bout yall don't assume so quickly

It been 4 weeks since I got my budgies (2 budgies) .After 2nd week my green(tweetie) budgie start to attack my fingers occasionally ( tweetie will not attack my fingers when I have seeds in my hand but if I don't have seeds and tries to pet her ,after few seconds she starts to get aggressive).In this week (4th week) Tweetie started to get a little aggressive with Zippie( my other budgie) , but today when I was feeding them by putting seeds on my fingertips Tweetie was not allowing me to feed Zeepie and when Zeepie was trying to eat the seed, Tweetie (green one) started to attack him ( he also attack me when I was trying stop them by putting my finger between them to act as a bridge but she attacked me too and It was equally painful like the bite of a big ant) Zippie got scared and ran to other corner.

Be patient dear. You are not alone with this situation. I have two of them male/female with exact same situation. show your anger to them by repeating few same words in intensity and then after few repetition they will understand your angry gesture when they fight.

Only feed them a quarter of the food bowl size
Get a bigger size cage or give a bird away
Don't sell one bird cos it will make the other bird miss them and feel lonely because it's been living with that bird for almost it's whole life
If they get a bigger cage the other budgie can stay
