Freddi Fish 2: The Case of the Haunted Schoolhouse (1996)

When Freddi and Luther are at school one morning, a ghost appears and tries to steal Luther's Codfish Commando action figure. Following the ghost to the basement of the school, they discover that the ghost is just someone wearing a ghost costume. They then plan a trap to catch the ghost, but they are missing some objects needed for the trap.

Oddly enough the electric eel isn't a native to the ocean
In actuality It's a freshwater fish that resides the murky pools and calm stretches of the middle and lower Amazon and Orinoco river basins in South America.
It got its name from its body shape that bears something of a resemblance to true eels (such as moray eels) which indeed live in saltwater.
This guy is without a doubt many nautical miles outside his natural habitat.
