theserbian1 pushing around 350-370hp is the best "daily" reliability imo

The cdla engine can hold up to around 570-590 nm on stock internals. If you want to play it save, go for a maximum of 540-500nm. Depending on the tune, you can expect around 450-490 hp at the crank with that torque figure.
You will need an other turbo, maybe an intercooler upgrade and with a manual you will need a stronger clutch pack!
On a stock turbo, the max hp figure is around 350 without water meth injection
