The problem with the directors of THFC is, they expect an instant result. No matter how many coach they change in every season, the club is never gonna make it. Let Ange do his magic. Give him at least a couple seasons more. We are getting immune to not winning any championship. So, let it go. There's nothing to lose anymore, since we are not winning either!
Most spurs fans agree, he's been great in his first season and deserves at least two more transfer windows.
I just think the guy likes being in control. You either have to think like him or obey him. Think Ange has a pretty economic and researched system of recruiting players.

I was fortunate enough to be there last year all the way from Australia for the last home match, Lucas Mouras farewell. Got stuck trying to get my ticket sorted and missed Kanes last goal, then watched us lose. A huge difference to this one and would love to have been there for that. Push on Ange!! Take this club to the next level.

I believe Spurs have already beaten Arteta & Klopp's premier league points haul in their first seasons at Arsenal & Liverpool respectively. Had it not been the bad spate of injuries in December, who knows how close Spurs would have been to challenging further up the table? Ange will have learnt plenty and his transfer record is outstanding. Tangible progress and improvement required next season with more games to navigate.
