    Dr. Richard P. Brown, associate professor of psychiatry at Columbia University, gives over 100 lectures each year and has co-authored over 100 scientific publications. He researches the effects of breathing practices on mental and physical health. A certified teacher of Aikido, Yoga, Qigong, and meditation, Richard’s Breath-Body-Mind workshops improve stress resilience and recovery in healthcare providers, first responders, and disaster survivors worldwide.

    I had taken your workshop about 6 years ago, and been doing the breathing exercises that were recorded earlier, and just discovered this ''NEW " VIDEO... Thank you, Dr. Brown, and may you continue to be well....

    Thank you so much for this. Is there a way to switch the images so that we can see you moving on the central part of the main screen? No need for us to see the page of the music you are playing.
