He is always professional. The other guy Grant is not and should NOT be allowed in there.
All three FBI experts agreed that no car hit John and John did not come in contact with the car. That man was beaten and also attacked by Chloe. Those marks on the arm DID NOT come from a car...and that's obvious to anyone looking. I was a volunteer fireman for years and worked countless vehicle / pedestrian scenes. His injuries are absolutely inconsistent with being hit with a car.

I’m so embarrassed for how awful the police handled this crime scene. How is the DA not feeling the same. Does he truly believe nothing is wrong with all the things they did and don’t do? It would be like unheard of if the jury finds her guilty. No matter what anyone thinks it was not handled properly. Even someone with zero experience would know this.
Not to mention the “Beer Pong” cups to collect blood!
@@billyb5847 omg there’s so much I just can’t believe any LEO would even think to do these things. They should all get fired. If you aren’t experience enough, that’s OK then you get people who are. You absolutely do not destroy a crime scene because of it. They completely botched and ruined it. Any district attorney in their right mind couldn’t bring this to court because of how it was handled. So unfair to do to anyone but an officer. Just shows they truly don’t care.

There was barely any snow at 12.30am. How did he end up on a thick bed of snow? Where is the pool of blood from the head injury? I have reasonnable doubt here.
His body was actually on grass. Snow accumulated around him - 4-5 inches. Which means he was there all night. RIP John -
And the cold could have stopped the blood flow. He died FROZEN.
When paramedics/cops arrived, he was on snow. The blood was on snow. They used the leaf blower on snow. Evidence are thre to prove it. They lied in their reports.
@@valiakloeppel7252Incorrect. He was most certainly NOT frozen. Body temp was 80 degrees when they found him. Seems unlikely if he had been out there for 5.5 hrs like the CW claims. It seems much more likely his body temp would have still been 80 if he had been out there for 1.5 to 2hrs. That hasn’t been talked about near enough. Hopefully the defense has an expert to address that.

Just look at the injuries to John O’keefe and ask yourself “are these injuries consistent with being hit by a 5,000 pound Lexus SUV or are they, facts be damned, more consistent with having your head stomped out by 2-3 people and a dog?” I’ve had more road rash colliding with a 10 speed bike than John O’keefe sustained from a full sized SUV driven by an angry drunk girlfriend, allegedly. The states evidence just doesn’t line up for me, as well as the inconsistent and uncompelling witness testimony. If Karen Read didn’t do it, which there is reasonable doubt that she didn’t, then the only alternative is planted evidence to the contrary. Oh yeah and the fact that the Albert’s sold their house and ghosted their family dog of seven years makes me feel that way too. I can keep going but you probably stopped reading sentences ago.

Exactly it's not like one siren or flashing lights its multiple. It was very bright a d the sirens loud. The dog would have gone crazy. I don't care how hard you sleep . You aren't sleeping through that . Especially if you are in law enforcement.

Brian Albert lied. Higgins and him arrived at the same time at the bar. We have the video evidenceat the bar. There is something very dodgy about Higgins getting his jeep with plow....

They’re all lying. There is so much stuff that was gone through at all the pre-trial hearings even Brian Albert lied yesterday… he was not watching TV. This was gone over multiple times and trial hearings. I can’t even believe these people are lying on the stand…. Isn’t even prepping these witnesses…. It’s absolutely insane. Brian Albert there’s federal proof that they were talking to each other other, and they literally said in federal grand jury, that Higgins butt dialed Brian Albert Brian Albert didn’t answer, then Brian Albert butt dialed Higgins back…. Then two minutes later, Jen McCabe type in “hos long to die in the cold.” I wonder when Lally is going to grab that bull by the horns. It’s an absolute travesty with these people are doing to her. As if she didn’t already go through enough.

I also hate these scheduling games the judge is pulling. She's pulling every crooked trick she knows to help Lally. When he's drawing out the trial with useless questions she knows exactly why he's doing it.

Wow!!! Great minds think a like!!
He kept looking down too, I wonder if he had notes. He came across as a bad kid pretending to be on his best behavior in the principal’s office. He seemed like a professional witness, no doubt he’s been on the stand before.

“I’m not doing that” because it’s the biggest case of alleged court and police corruption, along with the fact that a cop was beaten to death and a women is being accused of intentional homicide, ya know, murder… I mean why would she want to be there… Especially when she is allowed to provide subjective commentary disguised as information and with snarky remarks

They haven’t shown a coherent timeline yet, or a motive, or reliable evidence of anything except Karen and John had a good relationship.

Just my share as a long time dog walker & house sitting Dog & Cat Sitter. I don't even care if Brian Alpert had weather/sound proof windows . Dogs of all breeds are highly sensitive to sound, beyond humans. How is it with all the Police, Fire Fighters siren sounds, to lights flashing....this is all "Energy Frequencies" a Dog let alone all Animals would be alerted to! even before arriving!
Just remember the Japan Tsunami~ All the Animals knew such Energy Alert & Fled before Humans even knowing. Yes so much more to be shared in this case no doubt with more Testimony & Forensics Experts, ect. At the moment, Prosecution has not proven this case, still Reasonable Doubt, to date.
If she went 24 mph in reverse for 62 feet no one in the house heard it? I would think John was pretty fit and would have jumped out of the way. All the people that left no one saw or heard him? Wouldn’t he be moaning in pain if he was out there. Unfortunately I dont think we will ever know what really happened. So many questions.

Why so capivating. I have never seen a trial with the defendant having a bunch of groupies. I started watching last weekend and I kept asking "dead guy in your front yard, why isnt anyone talking to the residents?" Well todayvwe finally get to hear from the Alberts. But my question is, why havent I seen any proof of her guilt. And what motive could they make up? Enquiring minds want to know. And whats with turtle boy. Is he gonna cause a mistrial?

Yes, the FBI has been investigating the investigation since almost the beginning. I can’t wait until they get the actual killers of John O’Keefe. These people are all lying and the prosecutor doesn’t have a case against Karen. He’s helping them too

Plus, selling their house and ghosting their family dog of seven years would look even shadier if they all got up on the stand, and like robots, said Karen Read, who they only met a few times, is the worst person in the world, plus, again, there would be witnesses to contradict such claims.

Did any of the first responders outside “that bedroom window” hear the “70lb dog that would have been barking”, Mr Jackson?? : it works both ways. Probably not, given the wind and blizzard conditions described by multiple people who were on the scene outside - and NO mention of sirens ever being deployed en-route(s) ⚖️. Deplorable defence tactics recklessly ruining the lives of innocent people to distract from your client.

Your logic has flaws. It’s irrelevant if 1st responders heard the dog. The dog was not in the bedroom with the first responders.
@@Trish.Norman It’s very relevant that a first responder didn’t hear the 70lb dog alerting his sleeping owners to what was going on outside “under their bedroom window”. If the dog had been disturbed and woken her owners they’d have looked through the window & wanted to know what was going on. But such a scenario wouldn’t have worked with the Defence’s theory.

People dont think that the police officer need to follow a protocol.
The police didn’t do a very good job here but it’s not the huge cover up people want to make it. Karen Read was drunk and she backed into him, it was probably an accident and she probably doesn’t remember doing it
Wait until the defense presents their case.
They did a couple things that optically are questionable but the jury will decide but did not do a bad investigation overall.
