Horses aren't seen in any Fallout games but they are not extinct, there's a few mentions of them in the first few Fallout games, in Fallout 2 the Chosen One can mention drinking fermented horse milk so your story is actually set in an area where they're confirmed to be.
Also night stalkers are rattlesnakes and coyotes and there was only 1 group that turns invisible and that was because they were chewing on a stealth boy.
I don't want to sound nit picky but I know a lot about Fallout and I like to talk about it lol.

They said in the first game that the game doesn't take place in the cannon so horses not existing is a part of their game but not a part of the cannon. It's essentially an AU
There’s a fallout comic strip and a few mentions of it in the early games. They’re depicted in weaponry in Zion Canyon by the locals there.
There’s a chance that if horses survived the Great War they did not survive the 200 years preceding the newer fallout games. And may simply live on via word of mouth.
@@thatguy5737 Where did you get that info? The master and the events of Fallout 1 are commonly mentioned in both Fallout 2 and New Vegas. In every game there are canon endings and non canon events but all games numeric entries plus New Vegas are all canon.

As someone who is a huge Fallout fan, what Jacob said was maybe a little incorrect. Junktown is geographically close to Bakersfield, but there actually IS a settlement built out the actual ruins of Bakersfield...
...and I think you would find that the living conditions of Necropolis are far worse that that of Junktown.
I had to track this down since I felt that I missed something when I watched Ep. 03. May want to add this to the playlist to keep everything flowing nicely. I am enjoying watching you all play and it is an interesting system that you have in development. Certainly is different then what we did at Modiphius.

Describing "Alayna's" Battle related KIA as Passing Away almost made me spit out my drink.
the gauss rifle use ec or electromagnetic cartridge, so like gun is using magnets to shoot it like a railgun pretty much, which is amazing, lazer pistols use fussion cells, and power armor and other pig power stuff uses fusion cores which are like radioactive isotope battteries

You guys probably already figured this out but in the pdf it says fusion cells for the protectron shouldn't it use energy cells, and i didn't see the "fusion cells" in the ammo section so i thought it may have been a typo for the robot laser

Great video, and awesome ruleset ive been tweaking with it here and there and i like how the tabletop gameplay emulates Fallout to a really good degree.
Could share the updates you made? I’m interested in the system but don’t trust myself enough to tweak things
All of my findings will be recorded in a google doc, and released in like 2 weeks, as i am still reviewing everything, and hoping to keep the intentions of each rule true to their creators intent, so that my tweaking won't be unnecessary.

I have not a single clue about game design so take this with a grain of salt. But having disadvantage on attack rolls for being prone doesn't make sense to me in the case of certain weapons, like a sniper rifle for example. Melee, handguns and shotguns I totally get. But for things like rifles I think it would be cool to get advantage or some bonus when firing prone.
Sacramento is a horrible waste land... Meanwhile in the Fallout universe 😂

Anyone know what luck does in this RPG? Are the rules somewhere to be read?
yes, the pdf is in the description, but in short, luck adds a bonus to all skills equal to half the modifier rounded down, to a maximum of +2 ( except for billy because of the perk he took)
Sounds like it's also used for a few other important things, like scavenging for loot and rolling for random encounters.
Also for events (ie Billy landing outside of the train in episode 1)
Why is it called episode 2 pt. 2. It's either episode 1 pt. 2 or just episode 2.
The stream died halfway through episode 2, so this is the second part of episode 2.

I was confused at the start of the video when they were talking to someone in the vault but I thought when they left off episode 1 they hadn't met anyone yet inside the vault, waved it off as I watched it while on a camping trip and figured I'd missed something at the end.... Didn't realize there were 3 hours before this point that I missed...
