Accusations against Khedkar include submitting fraudulent documents to clear the civil services exam, such as fake disability, OBC, and mental illness certificates. She was directed to report to AIIMS in Delhi in April 2022 for verification of her disability certificate but failed to comply, citing a COVID-19 infection.

There is lot of issues ..Just think if she can fake PWD /OBC for IAS.. what about other govt jobs and educational institute...I know few guys who have got jobs/educational institutional(IIT/NIT) with fake OBC and EWS even though they are very well off and quite rich..there is no way to verify it...I even know few people who can provide this certificates for 10k Rs..it is very sad but true..

Her conduct raises a doubt whether she passed her medical course honestly and UPSC exam honestly. There is power in the hands of the government. She can be dismissed by the President without any enquiry. Previously there is one precedence of dismissal by the President of India. I am unable to remember since it happened long back and I am Eighty years old.

Friends, most of the time OBC non creamy layer certificates are subjective. As per governent order the children of
officers entered as class1 officers come under creamy layer of OBC though they are from OBC. Meaning these candidates come under general category only. The status of their parents when they entered the service is the only criterion to know whether one comes under cremy layer or non creamy layer, ever after the retirement of their parents no change. It means though one belongs to OBC, but entered in gov as class1 begore 36 years of age, then his/her children will be under creamy layer permanently.
Now class1 officer and other similar officers in university, college, psu, bank etc mapping is given. Here subjectivity comes in through kickoff.
I entered the goverment service through CES examination of UPSC in 1985 as a class1 officer. Though I belong to OBC, my son could not get OBC reservation as he is coming under creamy layer as per gov order. However the son of my relative a retired professor of aided college could get selected under OBC category. Its all in the hand of official issuing the creamy layer certificate.
My views money can buy everything, we watched judiciary, right from JJB till Bombay High Court as like Pune Brat, who killed 2 techies, will release her as well, then govt. And administration, will delay justice., then IAS, UPSC Scam (Ms Khedekar), lastly NEET.....all Corrupt.

Declaring assets is one thing, trying to find how people in public office get those assets should be scrutinized. Big brother seems to be watching only those who are not in the "creamy layers."
