A huge change is required, not just for the Police Officers but also for everyone else. Change to be a better person, considerate, kind and respectful of others be a law abiding person. Simple.
The Met is in a lot of trouble. Recruitment is down. People leaving is up. Internally, morale is rock bottom. Senior leadership is not fit for purpose

Just make sure your vetting procedures are tight, tight, tight. Police in a whole have let bad cops in and protected those cops as well. You want the public trust then start Policing as it SHOULD be.

Isn't about £42k a year? Is a bad situation for regular coppers, especially with the prices for housing in major cities. SFO's don't even get extra for hazard conditions, all while they have to endure a largar scrutiny from Metro and the public
