தர்மம் என்ற சொல்லுக்கு கடவுளை அடைதல் அல்லது கடவுளிடம் வருதல் அல்லது கடவுள் என்றே நாம் அர்த்தம் கொள்வோமானால்:
கடவுளை தன்னிலும் அனைத்து உயிர்களிலும் எல்லாவற்றிலும் பொருத்திப் பார்ப்பது.
தர்மம் என்பது நீதி என்று நாம் அர்த்தம் கொள்வோமானால்:
தன்னுடைய உரிமை,தேவை, சட்டம் (விதி) இவற்றை அனைத்து உயிர்களிலும் எல்லாவற்றிலும் பொருத்திப் பார்ப்பது.
தர்மம் என்ற சொல்லுக்கு உதவி என்று அர்த்தம் கொள்வோமானால்:
உதவி என்பது இரண்டு வகைப்படும்.
#1. தனக்கு தேவைப்படுகிற உதவி.
#2. தான் மற்றவர்களுக்கு செய்யகூடிய உதவி.
தனக்கு தேவைப்படுகிற உதவியை தன்னிலும், அனைத்து உயிர்களிலும் எல்லாவற்றிலும் பொருத்திப் பார்ப்பது.
தான் மற்றவர்களுக்கு செய்யகூடிய உதவியை தன்னிலும் அனைத்து உயிர்களிலும் எல்லாவற்றிலும் பொருத்திப் பார்ப்பது.
ஆனால் ஆரிய பிராமணனின் தர்மம் என்பது என்ன?
பிராமண தர்மம் (அக்கரகார தர்மம்)
சத்திரிய தர்மம்
வைசிய தர்மம்
சூத்திர தர்மம் (சேரி தர்மம்)
இதை கிராமத்து வழக்கு மொழியில் சொல்வோமென்றால்:
தனக்குக்கொரு நியாயம். மற்றவர்களுக்குக்கொரு நியாயம்.
தனக்கொரு தேவை.
மற்றவர்களுக்கொரு தேவை.
தனக்கொரு சட்டம்.
மற்றவர்களுக்குகொரு சட்டம்.
தனக்கொரு நீதி.
மற்றவர்களுக்குகொரு நீதி.
ஆகவே தர்மம் என்ற சொல்லுக்கு
ஆரிய பிராமண மொழியில் அல்லது ஆரிய பிராமணன் வழக்கில் அதர்மம் என்றே பொருள் கொள்ளலாம்.
எனவே சனாதன தர்மம் என்பதை ஆரிய பிராமணனின் சட்டம் என்றே முடிவாக கூறலாம்.
((எந்த வித்தியாசமும் காட்டாமல் இதை அனைவருக்கும் சேர் செய்து உதவவும்))

As far as Kasi incident of shame, I tell you when TATA was invited by British for dinner they denied him Entry. Then TATA has purchased a land and Built a Hotel for all. Then during the war he offered it to use it as a Hospital. That is the way round use your shame to stand erect. So TATA is known world over. When Ratan Tata was selected by HE Prince Charles to give Life Time Achievement Award, he could not go because one of his two pet Dog was sick. When HE Prince Charles came to know he just said one word "That is Ratan".

In Tamil Nadu there is a small subsect within Brahmin community called adi shavias and bhattacharyas only they can become priest. Not all Brahmins can become presits. There are many temples for grama devatas where only non Brahmins can become presits

One can appreciate the basic principles of Periyar, namely, 1. Being rational and 2. To follow self respect- which are😮 relevant even now also. But the means followed by him and his followers to agitate against hindu gods and hindu practices are not correct if one goes by the latest discovery of knowledge that forms basis of hinduism. A deep knowledge will indicate that practices in hinduism are rational and self respect is part of hindu people. One cannot blame hinduism just because of wrong doings of certain ego oriented brahmins over a period of time.😢😢 😢😮
