I just made this dish and it’s so good….It came out just right. I also mixed the spaghetti with the ratatouille and mixed it well on the stove so the spaghetti can soak some juice from the sauce too. Thank you Akis for this vegetarian dish. Love it! 🍝

I like that you add, what you like and see fitting with the recipe (like basil) while at the same time time informing us, that it's not a correct part of the recipe :)
That's how I see cooking - adjust the dish to your likings, but also have the knowledge about how it's traditionally prepared.

If Akis can show about storing, freezing, washing branchless vs only leaves of cilantro (etc)-- and cutting vs chopping the branchless vs only leaves of cilantro (etc).
Even the benefits of cutting the herbs vs chopping/ grinding the herbs (less ability for the flavor and benefits to come out if you JUST cut?)....
I used to eat this all the time hahahahaha

Is there a difference in the non-vegan version? I mean apart from the obvious one which is adding cheese on top. Probably the French people would add butter to enrich the source I guess.
