Both are very sweet once ripened. Birds love them if we leave the fruit alone. Ants as well. Gotta take good care that the fruits dont get left to split once ripened. Wouldn't eat too many. There are traces of the toxin in the seeds in the fruit as well. It's generally safe to eat the flesh, but in large quantities I would be concerned myself about accumulation and general inflammatory response.

videos with fruit that has toxic properties should have a disclaimer. People can get extremely sick and die from eating the skin, seeds of eating a significant volume of the flesh. a delicious fruit, but I hope to god nobody gets this fruit and thinks they can eat the skin.

I can assure u the seeds are VERY hard to miss lol. I grow these at home. The fruits are so sweet that birds love to eat them if its not bagged with a net. Its very easy to eat them too. Once ripe you could normally just tear it in half with your hands. Use a spoon to scoop the flesh. Its really really delicious.
