- Here is a a day in the life of living in an RV full-time. We Unschool our 3 kids and love using @Outschool as our main learning resource as we travel. This is the only platform we have found that truly feels like a well rounded education. There are live clases all day long that fit seamlessly into our lives. Another huge factor that we love is the extensive list of classes that our kids have access to, over 140,000 classes- I know it's hard to wrap your hear around. This is a typical day for our kids which includes sports, classes, breakfast (this day was a little sugary LOL) and grabbing some sushi. Enjoy!

We sold our house and 98% of everything we owned and went FT about 5 months ago.We absolutely love it.We are stationary in TX for 6 months then we will go back to Michigan (home) until early August,then we hit the road for some travel.

I am super interested in Out School. My 5 year old is having a hard time in her charter school. My Dad watches her while her Dad and I are at work, and I think they would love this.
Just so you know, hamsters of the cutest thing ever and they’re not very hard to take care of. You just got to exchange the bedding once a week and feed them like if there’s things starts to run out of food then you refill it and you refill the water and you Gotta make sure you have all the proper stuff

Being a Furbaby Parent is a big responsibility. Just remember to make sure they're fed and have water. Also, as their Mommy or Daddy, you gotta clean up after them! too

As a kid in school my curiosity and urge to learn has been taken away I hate learning and doing things 😅 but I don’t have a few hobbies that I can do here and there if I have time

With out School how do they get their diploma at the age of say 17 or 18 when they're technically done with school because a lot of places require that to move on to different colleges
Colleges don't actually want diplomas - they want transcripts. Those are fairly easy to make, if you keep track of the classes. There are even apps and programs now where you can input the info and it does it all for you, neat and tidy. I personally keep track of classes in Google doc for kids in high school. As each child graduates, I will print off a transcript of the classes, complete with credits and grades.
And yes, homeschool transcripts are just as valid as transcripts from any other school.
@@hant679 That's great and all, but college will not adapt to their way of learning. I can only imagine the academic shock. Not that I think our school system is that great. It's a absolute mess and college is mostly a money grab machine now.
@@HalkerVeil I myself was homeschooled, as was my husband. Neither of us had any issues with college. None of our siblings had any issues either. While just an anecdote, I have known many, many homeschoolers over the years and let me set your mind at ease - college is not a problem.
And college looks so different today than it did even 3 or 4 years ago. My son is will be a senior next year and he will be taking college classes online for his senior credits. In fact, he if/when he graduates from college, he will do so never having set foot in a single school. It is a new world out there!
