- Racing with a controller in F1 24 is awesome. However, I have a couple tips, tricks and settings to make it even better. I guide you through selecting the right control scheme, being able to change brake bias and ERS through MFD shortcuts, calibrating the controller buttons to fix issues, selecting the best vibration and feedback settings, which racing techniques you should use, and some controller specific tips and tricks.

i got another tip for controller users: for upshift and downshift i use RB and LB it’s so much better than X and A

If your an assists noob like me. Dont set steering to 160. Keep it at 100 but do everything else. Also dont foget to change the steering rotation to 280° its under controller and vibration
How much slower is it then wheel or did it get better
So I have the Formula Wheel Add-On Ferrari SF1000 Edition with PS5 and TGT-II Base, during a race when my DRS is available and I click on the button on the wheel, nothing happens and I don’t go over 160ish or so. I reassigned the button several times and the DRS still doesn’t work.
Thomb, do you have a video for on screen display planned? There’s too much clutter on the screen. I need smaller and I need to know what to get rid of. Thanks! You’re the bomb!

0:22 I’m playing on an Xbox Series X with a controller and my controls-generic menu does not have the options to adjust adaptive triggers. Is this the same for everyone in the full game?

160 seems so high for sensitivity since it seems to be already sensitive. I wonder if they’re gonna come out with a patch changing the handling like they did in 22.
They will, this keeps that in mind
These settings have helped me massively but the steering is still so sensitive. What should i do to improve it?
You could turn the steering rate to 100% to have less sensitive steering

160 steering rate!!!
F1 23 i used 100
You could use 100, but 160 steering rate is recommended to be able to squeeze maximum performance out of the responsiveness of the steering
@@THOMB i want to use but as everyone saying front is Faster... So isnt it will be harder to control thats why concern
