The more data you have, the essier to make great combos that work
I've seen that cam in cars with more mods pull much higher numbers. I'm running the older style BTR PDS stage 4 cam (not the V2) on a 6.0L stroker with a ported LSA blower, BPR heads, Kooks, etc. and I'm pulling 773 rwhp on 93 pump gas and a fairly mild tune. The V2 stage 4 cam would make even more power. BTR makes incredible stuff, there's no doubt about that.
Nice. Yes, this was a VERY mild combo on stock boost, so the numbers were as expected. More boost and flow would surely help

I have a btr stage 3 pds. Made 802 with ported blower ported heads 5" intake pretty much everything kinda want just throw this cam in it.

Yeah. An auto CTS-V runs better on a smaller cam than most use anyway!

How much does this brt 4 differ from mine? mine is (BTR CAMSHAFT - LS3 - N/A STAGE 4 - 33350135R1 Specs: 233/250 .630″/.615″ 113+5) (2016 ss no blower all other goodies.)
Looks close to yours. Just more exhaust duration to get that extra spent mixture out. Lil less intake duration but its forced induction doesnt require as much as an NA.
Pds superchargers you want very little overlap so that typically means a high LSA and a large split In intake/ exhaust duration
