Are the new headlights brighter than stock? if so, how much brighter? I want to install the Specd headlights to upgrade the look but I also need brighter headlights cause we live out in the country with no street lights. Are the high beams any brighter as well?

I have the same problem the only thing is going the metal cover of the face that covers the front circuit boards is there clips holding it on removed all the screws something is still holding the plat on to the fascia 2007 ss commodore
