    Nice new system! Those first brew days are always tons of fun. Gotta get that channel membership up so we can actually be real sponsors of the channel!

      A few more videos and it will be possible! Looking forward to trying it out again this weekend. Cheers!

    I can confirm that the pilsner is a great tasting easy drinking beer. Keep up the good work.

    Great review, with those size batches you will have to get drinking a lot of beer 🤣

    Beer is good!!! That’s the only problem I have with propane is not being able to keep a consistent mash temp. Although I just picked up an in line thermometer so hopefully that will help with that.

      I wouldn't mind trying grabbing an in line thermometer as well, could be useful for the chiller for final temps. Cheers!

    Nice video! I’m curious what you use to monitor gravity during the ferment? Also, how do you like the Spike conical? I have 2 of them.

      I have the RAPT Pill, they are great for monitoring fermentation. I really like the spike, but I couldn't turn down the Grain father SF 70 for 400 on sale. I may start using the spike as a bright tank (or at least test it as that soon). Cheers!

    I caught the end of this premier. . .I would love to make that much beer at once. However, I do not have the kegerator space to have that much beer on hand.

    Looks like a good system but boy that's pricy, glad you like it so far!

      Yeah, it's pretty crazy compared to the Brewzilla. David Heath just did a vid on the big Brewzilla.

    Great vid I got the g40 it takes about 30 min to heat up to boil in Australia we run 240 volts and we can change unit from 10 amps to 15 for more power don’t no if you can do that

    • @PartyTimeBrewing
      @PartyTimeBrewing  Před 2 lety

      Nice! I think I'm running a 15 amp circuit and that would be required for the 3300 watts that the G70 is. I think the G40 is fairly similar, but I haven't had my hands on it yet to test it out. Cheers!

      @markpearson2085 Před 2 lety +1

      I run it on 10 amps and than 15 amps and it did make a big difference on the g40 . you have to go into the program on the g40 to to change settings for the 15 amp don’t know if the g70 is the same.

    Have you tried W-34/70 for pilsner, am thinking you don't have temp control?

    • @PartyTimeBrewing
      @PartyTimeBrewing  Před 2 lety +1

      I haven't tried it yet even though it is one of the more popular strains. I'm going to hopefully set up temp control soon. I do need to try 34/70 out soon though. Cheers!
