This actually reminds me a bunch of the Black Mamba in Phantasialand Germany. They put loads of theming into that place too and the theme parks from a distance actually look quite similar.
@Punkrock3011 I beg to differ. Ahem. Disneyland. California Adventure. Magic Kingdom. Hollywood Studios. EPCOT. Animal Kingdom. Busch gardens (Tampa and Europe). Sea World (I think there are 3 or 4 of them). And those are just the main parks. There are hundreds of well-themed rides in America, even in parks you wouldn't expect. England (and please correct me if I'm wrong) really has 2 great park: Thorpe and Alton Towers.
So? I know there's hundreds of coasters on the planet from the same manufacturer with the same layout, there's still good and bad ones. Also I'm from Germany and have never experienced any of the Superman rides, so it's still new and exciting to me.
Maybe somebody can help me...I saw a roller coaster video a few months ago but don't remember if I put it in my faves file and now I can't find it in my faves file OR my history file in any of my 4 youtube accounts. This roller coaster was really unique because except for the first incline ramp (which may have gone up as high as 100 feet off the ground the entire rest of the coaster never got to be more than 3 feet off the ground.
@almightyfire1 Because Six Flags probably aim for their parks to be as similar as possible so you can ''experience the true six flags spirit throughout the whole country!'' or something like that. Probably why most of the coasters are named the same and there are clones of Batman at Great America in almost every park.
@ItsThePlumber, Yeah thanks. I actually just found it about 1 minute ago when I typed in "world's longest roller coaster" and did one or 2 screens worth of searching. Now I'll have to save it to my faves file.
THIS is the best Flying Coaster for me. Smooth Ride thru higly themed Scenery. Happy Valley is a great Park. Only that they open rides only for a few hours to get the people wait and move around in the Park is not Great. Management says: People LIKE to wait!
@nudist0885, Another aspect of this coaster was that it went in only 1 direction (forward) but it made a giant loop (like a circle) that was 1/2 mile in length or so. In the beginning it traveled across low cut grass and then it went into a forest area of some type. It was almost like an alpine coaster type ride but it was officially a roller coaster because it was more than 10 cars in length and each car could hold 4 people, unlike single rider alpine car rides. HELP???
@bandman232 Nope has been there since some years.BTW this is not a copy, when do people finaly get it,its a Superman:Ultimate Flight clone from the same manufacturer,B&M.
i think air at alton towers is the best flying coaster cose its the first flying coaster plus it accualy gives u the sencastion of flying cose ur low to the ground and ur going through tunnels and over people where as tasu is just tall and fast but i like the look of this ride because of it also being low to the ground
A barrel roll and an inline twist are the same thing, where the center of rotation is on the track or bottom of the car. A heartline roll is where the roll is centered around the average rider's heart.
@2015AsM In this case, the exact same track layout as Superman: Ultimate flight, inch for inch... although this one has much better theme objects. This is indeed the exact same track layout as S:UF
@nudist0885, Basically what the coaster did was follow the contour of the land that it was sitting on so that the concrete support blocks were never more than 3 feet from the track and for more than 90% of the ride the car was never more than 3 feet off the ground. I'd love to place that video in my faves file but now I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone else know the coaster that I'm talking about?
@superlegostarwars, there are many roller coaster manufacturer's in this world, one of them being B&M. if you want to buy a ride that wont cost you ten million us dollars, then you order one that has the same layout as another coaster. it costs less because you don't have to pay designers and engineers to create a new one.
@rollercoasterfan97 O really, cool yea i like tastu i bought the season pass so ill be there friday cuz i just finished school my favorite ride is X2, whats yours?
i know how you feel i had never been on a roller coaster then the first one i ever went on went really high and upside down and all you had was a thick metal band holding you on your lap i was freaking out
So wait is this the same track layout as Superman? If so, I have to say this is one of the few times a clone has better themeing than the original. Regardless, for flying coasters my love goes out to Tatsu ;-) (although I REALLY love the themeing here!)
WAY DIFFERENT. Kumali is a 2-seated VEKOMA SUSPENDED LOOPING COASTER, the Crystal Wings (or Superman, since they same model) are a 4-seated B&M FLYING COASTER.
This layout looks familiar, I feel like its superman ultimate flight
It's a clone.
This layout looks familiar, I feel like its a Manta ride ripoff as well
This ride is a clone of one of the first installations of this ride, which opened several years before Manta.
It is a clone of Superman
Polar Express it’s better then super man
What a cool looking coaster which we had the room in Britain for scenery that is that good. The only decent coaster them ring is nemesis IMO
I absolutely adore the theming on this one!! ^_^
Creeestall Weeeengs :) - looks like a great ride, cheers for uploading
This ride looks amazing. The scenery is great too
Great Scenery
Thankyooo I've wanted to see a pov of this for time...
We need more coaster like that ! great decoration !
This actually reminds me a bunch of the Black Mamba in Phantasialand Germany. They put loads of theming into that place too and the theme parks from a distance actually look quite similar.
awesome video love it themeparkreview
the scenery and ride look immense.
Wow way better theme--I love well themed coasters like this!
wow, that was some lovely scenery to go with it...
This looks sick!
That theming is so awesome!!
This badass theaming is just freaking amazing! :o
now this is themed like it should be
Going over that water looks awesome
@chrisvav1 LOL! I wouldn't really call it "commentary", more like me just being a natural idiot! =)
Probably the best themed ride I've ever seen other than Expedition Everest.
Loveeee it, definitely wanna try this
flying coasters are so greatly themed! :D
nicely themed!!
Wheee Whee. Awesome ride! B&M FTW!!!
This is awesome
@73Flame no...its an inline. a barrel has a little dip to it. if u look up the coaster it says inline twist. many ppl dont kno the differance.
i like that theres a reverse loop right at the beginning :)
also this coaster kind of reminds me of tatsu in six flags magic mountain CA
Sounds very smooth 😎😆
looks like tatsu but the theme is so muck more spectacular on this ride with that lost city of Atlantis look
that's looks awesome!
WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
WHAT A GREAT RIDE
NICE VIEW
GREAT FEELING
I LIKE THE ROLLERCOASTER
Great scenery but typical copy-and-paste B&M flyer layout
I just love the way you say WEEEEEEE!
@rollercoasterfan97 o really i didnt know that, i wanted to know which was better this ride or tastu cuz they are really similar
that looks awesome
@DeclanGalbraithFan93 Manta is one of the few custom Flyers. Crystal Wings is the same as the Superman: Ultimate Flight clones.
@lolstuff64 Yes. It's China. They are famous for poor air quality! (not joking!)
@Punkrock3011 I beg to differ. Ahem. Disneyland. California Adventure. Magic Kingdom. Hollywood Studios. EPCOT. Animal Kingdom. Busch gardens (Tampa and Europe). Awesome, you're very brave
That is some really cool theming and a great track layout
It is the same layout as Superman at Six flags GAm, GAd, and OG
So? I know there's hundreds of coasters on the planet from the same manufacturer with the same layout, there's still good and bad ones. Also I'm from Germany and have never experienced any of the Superman rides, so it's still new and exciting to me.
That was not my point. My point was that there are other coasters just like it, minus the incredible theaming
So you're saying this makes this one extra cool?
Yes.
OK this park looks awesome.
Maybe somebody can help me...I saw a roller coaster video a few months ago but don't remember if I put it in my faves file and now I can't find it in my faves file OR my history file in any of my 4 youtube accounts.
This roller coaster was really unique because except for the first incline ramp (which may have gone up as high as 100 feet off the ground the entire rest of the coaster never got to be more than 3 feet off the ground.
you gotta love the pretzel loop if you cant handle it you could possibly black out
@almightyfire1 Because Six Flags probably aim for their parks to be as similar as possible so you can ''experience the true six flags spirit throughout the whole country!'' or something like that. Probably why most of the coasters are named the same and there are clones of Batman at Great America in almost every park.
@MrRubendeRuiter Didn't the Swedes also build The Great American Revolution rollercoaster at Magic Mountain in 1976? That coaster changed my life.
@ItsThePlumber,
Yeah thanks. I actually just found it about 1 minute ago when I typed in "world's longest roller coaster" and did one or 2 screens worth of searching.
Now I'll have to save it to my faves file.
What's the themeing about? What are the cliffs and buildings around the ride supposed to represent?
Theming resembles that of Phantasialand
ok movin on to the next vid
Looks TOTALLY CRAZY..... But awesome! ^^
@the1cornbread1killas Tatsu has 3 inversions...at least 3 maybe more...I forget. I believe Manta has more as well.
THIS is the best Flying Coaster for me. Smooth Ride thru higly themed Scenery. Happy Valley is a great Park. Only that they open rides only for a few hours to get the people wait and move around in the Park is not Great. Management says: People LIKE to wait!

HELP???
Yes! I've been there!
Best roller coaster in China !!
In what way from apart being made by the same manufacturer and same type of coaster ?!
Same company built it. They've also built other flying coasters like Air (which predates Tatsu) and Manta (which is about as famous as Tatsu).
Yes so do I, it looks great :)
That was fun!
@bandman232
Nope has been there since some years.BTW this is not a copy, when do people finaly get it,its a Superman:Ultimate Flight clone from the same manufacturer,B&M.

Love this theming
do you like this one?
that's awesome.
Its made of metal. and it runs on gravity. What makes it running over water bad?
Amazing themeing. Do they even acknowledge the rider envelope? Serious face choppers on that one.
when I go to China this year, I hope I can ride that! :D
Cool flyin roller coaster
OMG it's look crazy!!!! :O :D
nice frisbee in the background!
Superman Ultimate Flight in TOTAL FANTASTIC themeing
Manta is at SeaWorld in Orlando, not Busch Gardens.
Second, the layouts are completely different.
There is no way i can watch this closed it is to tempting!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@YesYou123333 no, I believe the germans did, and he means swiss
@superlegostarwars, there are many roller coaster manufacturer's in this world, one of them being B&M. if you want to buy a ride that wont cost you ten million us dollars, then you order one that has the same layout as another coaster. it costs less because you don't have to pay designers and engineers to create a new one.
now thats a good coaster atmosphere
It was an inline twist, the spine rotated around on it's axis.
yes it is...it may not be the same kind of theme but its same as Air in design none the less.
this ride looks ah-ma-zing!:D
any rides of you at alton towers if you've been?♥
woo houryy up with the pov
@rollercoasterfan97 O really, cool yea i like tastu i bought the season pass so ill be there friday cuz i just finished school my favorite ride is X2, whats yours?
Epic Building
Small ride but Awsome themeing like that is a THEME park :)
i very very very want to ride this roller coaster :D i'll ride u soon dude
fun flying coaster
@capsparrow100 not every. batwing @ sfamerica does not have a pretzel loop. B&M makes their coasters with pretzel loops...
is this like the vortex at canadas wonderland?
Themeing is awesome on this ride
This looks like Tastu at Six Flags in california, have you been on it?
Here we go. Crystal wingyyyy
superman altimeter flight does the exact same thing in gurnee, IL
i know how you feel i had never been on a roller coaster then the first one i ever went on went really high and upside down and all you had was a thick metal band holding you on your lap i was freaking out
@ themeparkreviewTPR, do you prefer this or Tatsu??
So wait is this the same track layout as Superman? If so, I have to say this is one of the few times a clone has better themeing than the original. Regardless, for flying coasters my love goes out to Tatsu ;-) (although I REALLY love the themeing here!)
@christhenerd8 Yea i know them parks but its still a fact of England has 10x more themed rides trust me im a rollercoaster freak of england
Finally! Someone says a coaster is a copy of another coaster and they're actually right!!!
WAY DIFFERENT. Kumali is a 2-seated VEKOMA SUSPENDED LOOPING COASTER, the Crystal Wings (or Superman, since they same model) are a 4-seated B&M FLYING COASTER.
